I do "Say and Play" surveys every now and then and whenever I do a survey, my reward credit expiring date changes (I checked my total rewards before I did one and after I did one). Just do say and play surveys and you are good. You get reward credits for completing each survey you qualify for. I had reward credits due to expire pretty soon which was why I decided to do a survey to see and it worked. We cannot go to casinos right now anyways so might as well do surveys whenever you get them and have nothing else to do to build up those reward credits for next time you can go.

That's one reason I have one. No worries.

I don't think that Say and Play will work for OP, I couldn't enrol in the program because I wasn't in the USA.

At your level of play, I assume you have a host. If not reach out to one, or try and get the CET credit card. You only have top use it once every 6 months for your RC's not to expire. Good luck.

This is only really relevant to the post above but when I reached out my host today, I got a bounce back automatic reply stating "At this time, the Property/Inside Sales Office is closed and I will not receive this email". Maybe a higher level of host avoids this but I think a lot of people are not responding to CET emails.

I would not count on anything happening right now.

Easiest way is to just buy something as suggested by a number of posters.

For Platinum members and above, would this benefit be of any use?

“Gift up to 5,000 Reward Credits to a friend (limit of two transfers per year)“

It seems that if you transfer a small amount of rewards credits, say 100 or 500, from your account to another person’s, that would constitute activity to keep the balance alive for both the giver and the receiver, wouldn’t it?

Sorry, that won't work. Se below from Caesars website.

Caesars Rewards member with a Tier of Platinum or above, may gift Reward Credits twice a year at 5,000 Reward Credits or once a year at 10,000 Reward Credits. To do so, simply stop by any one of our Caesars Rewards Centers with your valid photo ID and a representative will transfer the Reward Credits from your account to the account you wish to be gifted. Please note both parties must be present for the agent to gift the credits. Tier Credits cannot be gifted or transfered.

No. RCs must be EARNED every 6 months. Gifting doesn't count.

    From the TR website:

"Reward Credits expire six months from the last date of activity unless one Reward Credit is earned in this time frame. Reward Credits earned must post to your Caesars Rewards account before the expiration date in order to prevent your Reward Credits from expiring. The expiration date can be found by visiting your online account. To keep your balance active, simply visit any casino in the Caesars Rewards network before your expiration date, use your Caesars Rewards card and earn at least 1 Reward Credit."

When Caesars Windsor went on strike 2 years ago, they extended our RC expiry date and “gifted” us TCs once the strike was over. I hope they do the same for this current closure.

Wife and I are both platinum, and have been comped rooms and RFB for as long as we can remember. However, due to coronavirus, our usual March trip was cancelled., I earn the VIP access pass thru the Caesars Rewards credit card every year, and usually spend the 10K in Vegas and other Caesars properties to keep that perk every year. But this year, that pass expires in July, and with no trip in March to keep our priveledges in place, we are genuinely worried. My wife makes platinum "legitimately" every year thanks to her degeneracy, (I make it thru the credit card) but without our March trip, she cant make status, and I will lose VIP access by July. We plan to email CET directly ( I refuse to deal with hosts directly anymore) and ask for an extension of our status due to the pandemic.
Here's hoping they will honor this due to the extreme circumstances.

I would imagine if you are a high enough level player with a host and a good relationship they could request reinstatement.

Update: Didn't have to do anything but email them. Here is the response I received today.

Thank you for contacting Loyalty Support. As a courtesy we have extended your expiration date to 9/24/20. We are currently reviewing options for an extension due to the current situation.

Also, just got an email with a youtube vid from CET CEO saying that no RCs will expire during the shutdown and that they are looking to perhaps lower tier status requirements. Here's a link to the vid:

I just received the below email about CET & don’t know how to make it play on VMB. If someone else can enter I would send you the email.

    thank you, Ann
