    I think this is why everyone will tell you to get a cab and tell the driver you want to go to Jerry's Nugget and then walk over to Palomino. If you tell the drive you want to go to the Palomino, there is a different charge, or something, and the cab driver gets a cut of the cover charge.

    It's an awesome dive. A lot of fun if you know Spanish, and probably a lot of fun even if you don't. If you're want for an upscale, or even middle experience stay away but if you can get into a low key dive joint go for it. Before I met my girlfriend I'd go there every trip to Vegas.
