I cant stand Rod Stewart for the most part and would still pick that based on a show at the Coliseum being a memorable thing, if they like him at all. Be aware that there are exorbitant fees on tickets so the $69 tickets probably cost about $100 each if 69 is the base price. There are some flat fees and some loosely percent based fees per ticket and per order. Check with concierge about tickets as well and the entertainment kiosk at Caesar's Palace over near the Omnia entrance. Both often have lower priced tickets and or better tickets for the same price. If nothing else you may avoid some fees (or you may not but it's free to check)

Bacchanal Buffet all the way! Probably the best buffet on the strip, hands down. I've only gone there once on a comp but it was amazing. They even had vietnamese pho. Unreal. If you've never been there before, you must try it. Be warned though as it is pricey.

For us older folks that would/might enjoy the concert it would be an easy choice.

For some younger folks... might be boring and not enjoyable.

For what it is worth, I would FULLY price out those tickets, and location. Those service charges can be a bitch.
