I’ve had different favorites over the years :
    V/P
    Wynn
    MB
    Aria
    Cosmo
Trying NoMad in a month. Perhaps I can add a new fave.

It's hard to beat Aria Sky Suites for service; and, we do enjoy Lemongrass, Carbone, Javier's. A close second is Cosmo; but, only if you can stay in a wrap around with a fountain view.

So far, For overall resort, Wynncore has been our favorite. Pretty much every dining option we have tried there has been top notch. Also Two different casino options. Encore smaller, less busy, with natural light. Wynn larger, more action, but equally classy. Two different pool areas. Encore Spa is the best on the strip that I have been to. Best base rooms we have stayed in and also the Encore Parlor Suite is my favorite suite I have stayed in so far in Vegas. Best meal I have ever had was at Costa di Mare. Best room service. We are going to split our next trip between Encore Tower Suites and Aria Sky Suites where we have never stayed so I am hoping Sky Suites lives up to the TS At Wynncore, as I like having multiple options when looking at trips to Vegas.

I'll take Vdara as i like the non-casino, low key atmosphere and just returned from another stay there. But i do like Cosmo as well; whichever gives me a better deal i'll take. When staying at Vdara i'll play at Aria and Cosmo.

I usually stay where comped and that means a CET property. Harrah's is my normal spot (it's close to Casino Royale a fav of mine). Also, like PH.

There is no wrong answer to “favorite.” It’s whatever fits you. For us, that’s Wynn by a huge margin.

Of course, everyone here knows that we think Wynn is also a solid contender for “best."

Most all the choices set out here are good ones.......

Mirage guy for years. Sure, the rooms are showing age, but I like the vibe and location. Quick walk to Venetian and Harrahs area, and a tram to TI, which is where I play quite a bit. McDonalds across the street for quick rectum rocket breakfast, and they have rated me favorably over time. Haven’t paid for a room there in quite some time...

My favorite room is comped... which means my favorite Strip hotel is a CET property.

    I really like Planet Hollywood.

To stay - Palazzo by a long shot, although my one stay at Wynncore was very nice.
To play - Venetian for VP, O'Sheas'(LINQ) for craps

Would love to hear your thoughts on Aria Sky suites. My fav. suite so far is Parlour Suite @Wynn. I have never stayed at Aria but am this June for the first time. Looking forward to the comparison :)

I'll be the first to say Flamingo, despite having stayed in much higher-tier accommodations (including Tower/Sky suites at Aria).

Perfect location, right in the middle of the strip (plus Stage Door around the corner and Ellis Island a block away). Decent dining options on property. Room elevators aren't a far walk from the strip either. Rideshare pickup is easy and straightforward out back (stark contrast to MGM Grand, where you have to take a tunnel to the parking garage to get picked up... no thanks). I've only ever stayed in the GO room before and I absolutely loved it (though admittedly I've heard undesirable things about the lower tiers of rooms). Also, the way the property is situated, it's next to impossible to have a bad or "meh" view from your room. The pool is awesome as well. Great history behind the place too, for us Vegas geeks.

Aria, for the service in Sky Suites, stellar high limit room, and diversity and overall quality of restaurants.

I also enjoy stays at CP, Bellagio, Wynn, and Palazzo. Anywhere else I’m compromising on something.

Big fan of the Cromwell. Great location, small hotel makes it quick to get from the room to the casino floor, and I like the tables there. the rooms are smaller but perfect for one person if all you are going to use the room for is to sleep and shower.

Love everything about the Cosmo but gambling there has been just downright brutal for me. Hey, I go there expecting to lose but at least let me do it at a slower pace and enjoy it a bit Lol. Caesars would be my second choice. Love the pool area and the fact that it attracts a more mature crowd. It's also nice that you're able to casino hop to the other Caesars properties where all your gaming gets combined together.

I will try to remember to either post a trip report (would be my first) or to come back and make some comments regarding that.
