Over the past week I've read that DTG's new tower has been topped off and that they will start accepting reservations later this spring looking at occupying the tower by September.

I was just curious as to if anyone's heard or their thoughts on what will occupy the ground level of the area occupied by the tower. I can see them moving the lobby/registration area to serve the entire property over there, but what else? The casino never seems to be busy, so I don't think they need additional gaming space. More dining?

I thought a good portion of this is being built where the porte-cochère/valet area was and, for the most part, would return to that when they finish.

Part of the whole stink with Hogs and Heifers as well.

I passed by the back side of the DTG in January. The new "tower" isn't really a big tower, it's only about 6 or 7 floors (see prior pic of tower being build) but it goes along the street. From what I saw, I thought the first floor was an open area to be used for the valet people?
