My grandparents moved to Vegas maybe 20 years back because of health issues and they lasted another 10-15 years before passing. Now I have three sets of aunts and uncles plus a cousin who lives there. The lack of humidity and pollen does wonders for you when out there. My relatives live all over the city but one thing is universally in common, the housing prices are off the charts.

A year ago we were living in Florida and made several trips to Vegas exploring areas and looking at houses. We settled on Sun City Summerlin and absolutely love it. Good Luck to you on your adventure.

That's a very nice area although not inexpensive.
