    Type of crowd around the 6:00 - 7:00 time ? also are reservation suggested at that time ?

    You won't need reservations at that time. Just let the elevator peeps know you're going up to the lounge. Crowd is usually your standard Vegas 20's to 50's mix, reasonably well dressed. You'll see a lot of small groups, especially out on the patio taking selfies. From what I hear it gets a lot more "clubby" later in the night after they start charging cover. Good atmosphere, good drinks, good bar staff, great view.
