I bought a free room reward at luxor. When I click the link in the rewards email it takes me to the booking page. I can select number of guests, and what kind of room, but it won't let me select a date. It's got the little calendar icon but it's not clickable. I'm signed into my mlife account. I've tried it in three browsers for about a week now with the same results. ETA - screenshot below
Just making sure . . . are the dates available on the promotional calendar? I just booked two rooms and had no problem. Can you list the steps that you went through, like 1)Redeemed the award 2)Went to the mLife site 3)etc. etc. etc. I have points /cancellations to use and I can try if I know what dates you are trying to book . . . .
The dates are available on the date calendar for your reward? They are only going into May right now I believe? Can you see dates where it says Comp on the calendar? A screenshot might help?

The only thing I get with the reward link is in that post. It's gray like that for the whole page and doesn't include the windows for each hotel. I can get that image when I go to the normal Mlife page but i don't know how to redeem a room reward from there. The only way I know how to do it click the link in the reward email.
Just call them the MyVegas hotline 855-881-6074 they will waive the phone fee if you say you are having issues online
