First trip of 2020, It's the Cortez for a week.

Took out
most of the fountain in Forum Shops and replaced it with a bar. Must be some kind of opening as a lot of people about in the area.

 

Oh I don't like what they did in the Forum Shoppes. I hope that bar is temporary.

 

My VP so far today.

 

Got a $10 credit to Siegals so decided to go for the prime run.

 

After that I had a walk on to Fremont, quite busy. I'm currently in Golden Nugget.

 

Just in Binions having a drink, not been in here drinking for a while. Walked through here the other day, there's a place at the back selling jackets for $15.

 

After there I went to the D for a couple, currently in Mickie Finnz, seems to have that feel of a bar you would see in Spain. Drinking Coors, well that's what it says on the pump.

 

Used the bathroom in there and they have two auto paper towel dispensers, one was hanging off the wall and one was had a load of tape around it. So, definatley like a Spanish bar. Moved next door to Henasseys and served by a woman who sounds like Bernadette off Big Bang Theory.

 

Had a quiet night last, got woken by loud music in next room. Told security guy about, went over to to casino being as I was awake, didn't do much in the VP though. Went back to room and all was quiet by then.

 

So the storm back home is causing flight cancellations a d one of them is mine. Virgin cancelled my flight tonight, so stuck in Vegas an extra night. What a shame.

 

Are they paying for a room for you?

 

Got to claim it back, just booked through hotels.com and got a room for £48.

 

So back in the Cabana Suites for one more night. See what happens tomorrow.

 

Had a wander on Fremont St, had beer in Golden Nugget and Golden Gate, currently in Binions. On the Strip tonight for my extra night

 

Still in Binions and I was chatting to a couple of the Golden Girls on tour. I was talking to one of them and she got her friend over to tell her I was from England.

Should be at the airport now waiting for the call to board. Instead I'm in Paris having a pint.

 

Walked over to Linq, promamade, currently in O'Sheas. Ryan behind bar pours me a pint before I even ask for it.

 

Made my way over to Tuscany for a beer, will head to Platinum after here then return Downtown. Not sure where I'll end up yet though.
