Forgot to add info on closing out front money.

Did on the last night we were there because we had a 5:00 am Sunday flight.

    went to the main cage.
I had one marker from the trip they wanted me to pay back which wasn’t a problem.
then they wanted to give me back my cashiers check used for front money.
Had to take 30-45 minutes. Felt bad for others waiting in line.

would have been screwed if I tried to do early morning.

went to my bank today and the cashiers check deposited right back to my account no problem. Had the normal 1 day wait for availability.

they did fill out some extra transaction paperwork at the bank.

So jealous, went with my parents four years ago before dad passed and neither could play as they are so tight. Kept looking over my shoulder and felt like such a slug having to low play as I knew if I played regular that they would not approve. Neither played a dime in the entire 3 days.

My first trip with my parents was when I was 22 and with my hubby. We dressed up for a show, I was wearing an off the shoulder spanish style dress and of course my high heels. We were in Stardust and I was looking for my husband when a security guard asked me to take my business else where. I'm sure I looked confused, because I was and told him I was looking for my husband. His reply was that's why they all say. About 10 minutes later I found my hubby and we started walking back to meet my parents. The same security guard walked up and asked my husband "Isn't she a little expensive for your taste?" (He wasn't as dressed up as I was). My hubby replied, "Yes, but I knew that when I married her". The guards face turned white and I looked at him and told him "I told you I was looking for my husband. And I'm not dressed as a hooker". His reply was I was too focused looking at all the men so that's why he thought I was. He then added of course a "Expensive one at that". My parents never let me forget that! :)

What an awesome trip! I'm sure it's one that you won't ever forget for multiple reasons. Love the pic of your dad in the Caesars robe!

    Some updates-

my host was on the phone to me first thing in the morning when we got back. “When can we get you out next?” She was able to wipe out alot of the remaining charges.

She said I had 12 hours of play. Don’t know if that is going to affect any offers coming in.

Received the first of my W2G forms in the mail. Nice to have the proper paperwork instead of the hard to read pink slip. Kinda surprised I got it so fast. Efficient.

Speaking of the W2Gs- I am starting a gambling diary I will use for the year to capture my wins/losses. I want to make sure that any losses I have this year are documented and applied at tax time against my winnings from this trip.

Was this at Flamingo near the High Limit Slot room? I walked by a Cleo II slot a few times later noticing it wasn't played for hours.
