So, after changing hotels to a non-MGM resort for my holiday in April, I've realised my 208,000 gold coins are redundant.

    Or are they?

Is there any way to use rewards and NOT stay?

There are plenty of rewards that don't require a hotel stay, it's just most of them are BOGO or not highly valued.

I would look into a couple of MyKonami freeplay as those do not require a stay to use.

One of the 4 MyVegas apps. You can play it on a phone/tablet or on Facebook. All of the loyalty points go into the same bucket, but the game chips are separate from the other games. Just another way to earn points.

I was curious about this as I also have two apps, the slots and blackjack and I have different amounts of reward points for each. Both apps using same facebook account. Do I need to be worried about losing them?

The separate apps have their own coins to play with and those totals will not be the same, but the gold loyalty points should be the same if you linked the game with your Facebook account. If they are not, then there is an issue with one of the games not actually being linked to your Facebook.

I would suggest reaching out to MyVegas support on this.

Different MyVegas Apps, same Facebook, different Gold Coin Totals happened to me too... a few years ago.

I dont recall how I remedied it. I'm sure I did NOT contact MyVegas support.

What I remember: all of the apps on my tablet. Same FB, different coin amounts. But when I loaded PopSlots on my phone for easier access for an upcoming trip to LV, linked to FB... PopSlots on phone had combined coin totals from tablet apps. And then, all the tablet apps synch'd up to the new higher total.

Never was sure if new total was correct or if I was lucky beneficiary of a glitch.
