Vegas 1/21 - 1/26 Schuss!

Two wins. Flight is boarding on time and only. 55 passengers. Never been on a flight this empty. Maybe it will fly faster.

Lyft to 4 Queens was quick. Arrived at the hotel at the same time my flight should have landed. 7th room facing Fremont. Band was loud but they just stopped for the night. Room is nice but a little small. Have not found a safe so maybe there isn’t one. Oh well, time to crash so i can gamble early tomorrow. Room pics below.

 

East coast brain in full effect. Awake at 5 but rolled around for a while. Now up and breakfast at Magnolias. Then its time to play. At least once the players club opens.

 

It must be a New England thing with keeping chickens in the house. This young hen was getting pecked out in the barn so I brought her in for a couple of weeks until she could stick up for herself.
We were relaxing watching videos on Vegas.

 

She was only in the house to get her beak clipped otherwise they stay in the coupe. They have it pretty cushy in the coupe with a heater and lots of space. While the fresh eggs are nice I don’t see that it is worth the effort.

 

Now this is a good start. Threw away a dealt flush and connected.

Kings Bar time.

 

I can't work on travel days. I have tried and in my head I am already checked out and get nothing done at all.

 

First quad of the trip. This bar top session has not been going well until now.

Kings Bar session was a bust. Down $320 on $2,600 coin in. Little walk now at Mike’s bar to chase progressives.

 

The eggs are good. I would choose hens over any other animal. They keep the barn and field insect free. And when you travel its easy for a caretaker to handle.

My parents used to keep chickens around their house in northern Michigan. They would follow my mom around during the day and she would lead them to the coop at night. Eventually I bought her this t-shirt:
