Recommendation for eggs, hash browns and pancakes. (On the strip)

    thanks, I love Primrose. I particularly like their breakfast potatoes (roasted baby fingerlings) and that they saute tiny wild (enoki, beech or baby shitake?) mushrooms instead of sliced buttons/crimini.

    Last meal there, not in the mood for ham or crab --- they made my Eggs Benedict substituting those mushrooms for the ham Deeeee licious! (for mushroom fans)

    Now I need to try those pancakes.

    House of Blues at Mandalay Bay has a nice breakfast special Mon-Thurs from 7am-Noon-Eggs, bacon or sausage, hash browns for 8.99. I know they serve pancakes also, don't know what a side would be but I cant imagine it would be too much. The special is comparable to any of the other breakfast places on the strip. Not as good as Mon Ami or The Henry obviously, but a good deal for sure.
