I found a few old pictures some of you have probably seen of the gang of 3 I had before this gang of 3. They've all been gone a while now.
Not the best picture qualities, I understand. The late Oscar on the left and young Max on the right. I love the detail in Oscar's face, he was such a handsome bastard.
Max at 6 weeks. Had only been socialized for 2. Full of piss and vinegar. Trying to take a swipe at Bob every time he tried to get a look at his goopy eye. That's the day we got him, he went to the vet the next day. I had to wear him for 3 days to break him. I had done rescue and foster and that was 2 days longer than any hard case I ever had. Little mofo.
The late Pia smelling some flowers in the front porch. She wasn't interested in being outside but she liked to sniff the morning glories at night. Pretty cat but hard to get a picture of, she didn't want to pose for me like the others.
I completely understand. We swear we had 10,000 pics of our cat Boo Boo's butt before we got a pic of his face. Uncooperative cuss.
After watching me package their meals for 2 weeks, even though no suitcases were in sight, I think they realized something was up. My boys looking sad We’re off to Aruba for 2 weeks in the morning if the promised snow storm tonight doesn’t cause a delay.
My brother's best friend let me sit on his couch and watch the NFL conference championships with them today! RICHARD
An oldie but a goodie. Playing poker with Jasper, Daisy, and Smokey. Grayland, Washington, circa1978. It was a Ruff game.
This our sweet basset hound girl Amanda. This was 2/1/2 years ago. In October she went to doggie heaven at 12 1/2 years old. She was a real people person, never met a stranger, very low maintainence dog. She slept in our bed. We miss her but still have our 6 year old basset, Toby .
This is Kaya. She and 7 siblings were dumped at the shameful kill cage in Aruba. She and her siblings were fostered in Aruba and yesterday we brought her back with us to meet her new family at Toronto airport. The three little girls and new Mom were so excited to meet her they were all crying. She is just the sweetest, calmest little love bug. It was a big day for little Kaya and she slept the entire plane ride. It was tough to let her go but I know she will be well loved by her new family <3
This is my neighborhood mooch. She knows I don’t feed her unless I see her. I go out the back looking for her every afternoon. If she has too wait too long she finds me. This pic was taken from my kitchen window. She will jump the fence and perch on the post and stare me down. She has a skittish buddy who tags along now. They work in tandem. Haven’t been able to snap a pic of the other one.
Your neighborhood mooch reminds me of one of my friends. He has this neighborhood stray who hangs around their house. It will get up on the grill by their kitchen window and stare in the house until they come out and feed her. He says it's not their pet but it has a name and they put a bed in their garage for her. I disagree
