With all the recent pool talk in mid-January, it inspired me to create this. What is (in your opinion) the best pool at a CET property?

Caesars is the best. The Cromwell is very nice and Bally's has got that old school vibe.

+1 on the Go Pool. It's a good time AND poolside craps. Good chance of a Groupon being released as well.

    1. Caesars
    2. Bally's ( I love the old school feel there )
    3. Flamingo

The rest don't interest me at all

I do like the Paris pool though, along with Bally's. Like Bally's it's laid back and has some nice shade.

Definitely Caesars, it's tops in my book. Caesars attracts a more mature crowd. You don't have to deal with loud, drunken 21 year old pool party people. They have multiple pools and you got to love those swim up blackjack tables.

Flamingo, Caesars then Planet Hollywood. Bottom of the list is Harrahs, not only for CET, but probably the whole strip.

It always looks like they are having fun at the Flamingo pool!

However, it turns into a pumpkin early in the evening, and for me to use a pool it has to be indoors or else when the direct sun is not shining. It seems like 99.999% of the pools in LV close early!

I'm at risk for skin cancer from both sides of my family! I've been lucky so far, but at my annual "wellness exam" he checks things like the top of the head carefully. They say that if you have had 5 or more sunburns in your life, your risk of skin cancer increases significantly, and when I was in my teens I spent far too much time in the sun and yes, got burned more than five times.

I would think there would be a market for evening pools, but for some reason they don't choose to offer them! :(

    totally agree with you @dmr!
I haven’t stayed there in a couple years so not sure if they still do this and it’s not a CET pool, but they do keep a pool open at Signature until 10pm (not the adult one) during the summers.

Thanks. Nice to know! (Now if I can only lose some weight so I won't be so shy about being in public in a swimsuit!) :(

After reading things about Flamingo, I booked a 4th of July trip. Think the pool will be a real party atmosphere that weekend?

The Flamingo pool looks like fun to the outside observer because of the DJ and people playing in the water. But the Linq pool is fun, because strangers socialize with one another at the pool as where the Flamingo people stay to themselves in small groups. And the DJ is just as good as the Flamingo and the lines aren't long at the bar for the Linq. It's a hidden gem.

I'm not a pool person but this was my impression from looking in from the outside.

I will say that 5-530pm in front of the Flamingo is like being in front of the clubs around closing time. Bunch of drunk women coming out that are now more receptive .

Caesars, especially if you are used to Wynncore.

The noise at the GO Pool, just walking from the monorail to the casino on a weekday in August, made me never want to stay at Flamingo in summer.

So since they have poolside craps I can just go and play without being a hotel guest?
