I’m looking for an option for early breakfast. Something that opens no later than 7-8am. I need the place to be in the Bally’s to Harrah area.
    Center strip
I know about HHAGG, beyond that all I could think of was McDonald’s on the other side of Harrah. Also thought of Ellis Island
Any other options in that area? Preferably a real breakfast, not a bagel or croissant only.

Buca di Beppo at Ballys opens at 7am, I believe. They do a "Vegas reasonably" priced breakfast buffet in the mornings. It's not fancy, but it gets the job done.

If you are at Bally's you can walk through to Paris and hit up Mon Ami Gabi. They open at 7 and it's not really that far of a walk if you are in Bally's already.

Mon Ami opens at 7? I thought it was closer to 9. Suppose I could have looked instead of assuming.

I might suggest Blueberry Hill on Flamingo and {mumble} just east of Maryland. I really can't think of a true breakfast place right in the Four Corners area.

Is the coffee shop at Harrah's still open? (I don't know, I'm asking.)

    Margaritaville serves breakfast from 7-11.
Decent food at a decent price.
Denney's is right past Casino Royale, above Walgreens.

No, but the Fulton Street Market is 24/7 and you can get breakfast anytime.

I think it's on its way out, but is still functioning for now.

MAG hands down - it's not even close. Get the ham and cheese crepes - thank me later!

Another option at Paris is Hexx. I'm pretty sure they open at 6:00 am. Their breakfasts are fine, not as good as MAG's though, but they do have a terrace overlooking the strip. I've eaten there a few times and always thought they were pretty decent.

Steak.n eggs special at Ellis Island. Starts at 11pm. Goes until 11am (heard until 2pm weekends but haven't personally verified).

Short walk from Bally's Sports book.entrance or there is free parking .

Isn't Hexx one of the places on the strip that charges the CNF? I have purposely avoided them because of that extra fee.

Carlos N Charlie's at The Flamingo has a pretty good breakfast menu...Not a 100% on the hours though.

MAG opens at 7am most days. Sadelle's at Bellagio is great and opens at 6am, and Aria Cafe opens at 6am as well. Cafe Americana at Caesars is 24/7 but I'm not a big fan; same for Alexxa/Hexx, it's fine, and it's difficult to screw up eggs and such, but there are better options.
