Does anyone know if any are open then?
Specifically Mirage and Vdara, which is where I am staying but I am curious about all hotels.

The Mirage pool is open year around except for the month of December when the main closes for maintenance but you can access The Oasis pool for free.

Vdara pool like the Bellagio and Aria is also open year round.

As for the party pools I have no idea if they are operating or not.

I don't think I would be expecting much. It's not hot in Vegas in Feb.

Most places will have at least one pool open, but the dayclubs, not so much. Not only is it not hot, but it can often be legitimately cold. This was last February:

I'm coming from Saskatchewan, where it is currently -44 Celsius, so looks fine to me.

Your best bet for a day party would be Lavo brunch on Saturday. Starts out as a regular brunch but slowly progresses into a full-on club scene.
