Phone number to contact Caesars Security?

Something was stolen from my hotel room when I was staying at Caesars last year but they never followed up on my incident. Does anyone know the number to contact Caesars security? I tried their reservation number but they didn’t help route me to the right department

Call me crazy, but if it were me, I'd call the front desk.

I would call concierge services. Much more likely to be willing to help. Just from my experience concierge will do more to help on non-room booking issues. Tend to have more knowledge than front desk.

Still may not be all that much help, but it's worth a shot.

I'd also go the concierge route... you generally cannot call and speak to the front desk directly anyhow, so I'd say that's your best bet.

 

For future reference, if anything is stolen from you at a casino you should still call the police. Casino security are there to protect the casino and their assets, I learned this firsthand.

 

Agreed. And also a suggestion to not wait a year.

 

Technically they said last year, could have been less than a month ago for all we know.

 

A call to metro and follow up calls to security should have been done right away. Maybe this was done by the op though.

Hope security can get to the bottom of it for the op.

Just curious, is the hotel responsible for stuff stolen from a room?

 

As I understand it, the hotel CAN be responsible... but subject to the innkeepers' liability limitations provided for under Nevada state law: https://www.leg.state.nv.us/NRS/NRS-651.html

To be clear, we don't know what the OP's reason for contacting them about it is. It could be to pursue the matter with the hotel directly to seek a resolution, or it could be to get a copy of the incident report for filing a hotel room burglary insurance claim.

 

As a rule and it varies by state I believe. Hotels have at best very limited liability. It changes a bit if it is in the safe and maybe an if it is an employee. But I am not a lawyer so if you have something stolen you need to call the police check with your insurance agent and a lawyer if you think the hotel has liability
