Paul's last name is Klocke and he told me he has been a host at Four Queens for a couple of decades. I found the following info at VPFRee2

No I mean freeplay offers not freeplay accrued. Like if Wynn gives me $500 in slot play and $300 food and beverage.

I know. Earned cash back at 4Q's is cash back which you have to get from the players club. If you mess with the keypad above the machine you'll be able to download the free play from your offer. I forget the exact steps but you get to promo or something like that and load the offer money. A host can probably tell you in advance but they always communicate via snail mail. The 4Q's website looks to have been designed in the 90's and I think the behind the scenes tech is roughly the same.

@VegasFirstTimer Machine action at QQQQ is rewarded by accrued comp dollars which you can use for food, ect. and by accrued cash back -- as in green dollars (you can also direct points to casino swag like mugs, hats, and stuffed animals). I am unaware of accrued free play there. Another throwback from old Las Vegas.

That said, there may be offers, usually bi-monthly, which provides free play which can be accessed from a machine using a PIN which is autoloaded based on your past action as explained by @mwig above.

Vpfree2.com mentions only 1 play VP at Four Queens and the D. Can someone verify whether multi-hand VP like 3/5/10 is also available? Thinking ahead, instead of grinding for a few hours on 1 play, I may just want to "get it over with" and play multiple hands (also reduces variance) instead and do it over just a single hour.

Similarly, do casinos take time played into consideration when issuing comps? So if I generated $10,000 coin-in playing full pay JOB video poker, would the comps be the same whether it was done in a single hour vs 4 hours?

They definitely have multi line. Probably no full pay multi line. They recently posted a picture of a dealt royal on 100 play. For comp purposes they don't care what VP you're playing, unless it's 10/7 DB, reduced points on that. Hopefully that was clear... Drunk in Santa Fe, NM on vacation....

Do you remember exact paytable on that multi-hand machines? There is nothing on VPFree2, so I assume it must be less than 98%...

Generally for single line players, 4-5 times the royal flash pay is the recommended bankroll.
For one session (~3000 hands) bankroll, I usually prepare 3/4 to 1 royal pay.
Based on my experience, $750 is not enough to play 3-4 hours on single line $1 game.
Once I had $125 freeplay at TI, I converted it on their $1 9/6 JoB machine.
For 25 hands, I got exactly 0, zero back. That's 25 dry hands on JoB, the so-called lowest volatility game.
I also have many many times lost $300 quickly on $1 JoB without any hands better than 3 of a kind.
