    Yes he does. It might have been an error on my end, because I never got around to re-sending the email but he replied back! (Or my outlook automatically sent it again afterwards due to the failed attempt)

    @GabrielBFly you have GREAT posts, so this is not correcting you at all, it's just to clarify K. Sweet is a LOT higher up the food chain than a manager, which is what makes it so neat he's so active on this!

    He's actually the "Vice President of Slot Operations & Marketing at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas" a very senior, strategic-level role, not just a maintenance/"keep things humming" management role.

    Also interesting, Bill McBeath, the former President and COO of Aria (AND of Bellagio, AND Mirage, AND TI) personally tapped Kevin to come to Cosmo once Bill made the move, and they've been making magic ever since. (They worked at Aria together, and Kevin was one of the strategic "big picture strategists /visionaries", McBeath hand-picked to turn Cosmo into the thriving Hotspot it is today.)

    I know, I know, I have brown on my nose, but I just think it's really incredible that someone this senior has a "boots on the ground/in the trenches" mentality on attracting new players. Even more remarkable, he personally responds to an amazing volume of emails, even if he can't match an offer. (How many of us can't even get an email response from a host, much less a VP that takes the time to reply?) Even when he can't match an offer, you have a ton on here that said how polite he was in his response...never an ego!

    And no, I am not sucking up. I'm a mid-level player who could fall off Cosmo's radar any day, but even if I DO, in the last few years, they have treated me better than anyplace in Vegas, and I wouldn't change a word of my accolades. If you can get into Cosmo, do it.

    If you can't right now? Remember timing is everything, and don't write it off down the road.

    So, sorry for the cheerleading. I just wanted to make sure people know he's not a manager, he's one of the ones that architected (and is architecting) Cosmo's incredible success!

    Emailed Kevin CET, mLife, and V/P offers for an upcoming OCT stay. He requested additional play verification in the form of W/L statements and was able to extend an offer to me. I'll be splitting part of my trip on a 2 night, comped resort fees, terrace studio. Response times were extremely quick and really appreciate the offer to experience the Cosmo for the first time. Can't wait to finally see what all the hype is about!

    I emailed Kevin and he was able to extend an offer of 2 nights. He put me in touch with Danielle who secured my reservation for me. I got a chance to meet Danielle after having a big win. She arranged a car for me to the airport. All in all a great weekend at Cosmopolitan. My allegiance to Mlife is seriously at risk.

    No luck for me. I sent him an emaiil and he responded back within a day which was good. Very happy that he is responsive but didnt offer anything so I'll just stay elsewhere rather than try more back and forth. Typically I get everything comped and a few thousand dollars of freeplay as an upfront incentive at Caesars or the mlife properties.

    Did you provide a copy of your offer as well as a win/loss statement? Your experience doesn't sound in line with many dozens of others in this thread and if you're receiving that much in FP elsewhere then your win/loss statements would support it as well.

    No originally I didnt forward the other offer, just sent an email saying that I had them. He followed up with me after I posted here. Like I said before, he was very responsive, which is a good thing.

    I gave a friend of mine Kevin's contact information because I wanted her to stay at Cosmo when i am there for Haloween and see why I like it. She is platinum at V/P.

    He responded within a couple of hours offering her 2-3 nights studio terrace fountain view with 250 fp.

    Reached out to Kevin a couple of days ago, got my offers from other properties matched and staying 3 nights in a Fountain View Suite with airport limo - very easy to communicate with and prompt to reply, asked for a verification of the numbers I gave him initially about my play and had everything confirmed right after. Thumbs up from me!

    Not 100% but think Kevin said Cosmo would try and match Bellagio/Aria offers, as those were the top tier MLife properties.

    Does K Sweet @Cosmopolitan_SlotVP post updates here on VMB anymore? I saw a few posts a few years ago about Cosmo events and slots etc when he introduced himself but haven’t seen any in a long time. Since there are so many Cosmo fans here, It would be nice to hear about upcoming events or promotions, new slots, casino updates, etc.
    (Although our fellow VMBers do a great job keeping us informed via their TR’s). :cool:

    A few years ago after Kevin Sweet started posting here, Kevin found out I would be visiting the Cosmo on a respite from taking care of my dad who had been battling cancer. When I arrived there was a handwritten card from him in addition to a treat left in the room and it meant the world to me. Caregiving is such a hard job, just the fact that he took the time out of his busy day to acknowledge that and reach out to me on such a personal level touched me deeply. To this day I think of him every time I'm at the Cosmo, and I haven't stayed anywhere else in Vegas since.

    I'll be back in 3 days to celebrate my 20th wedding anniversary and wouldn't want to celebrate anywhere else but the Cosmo. Not only is the hotel gorgeous but the staff (my host, Kevin, and really everyone else I've ever interacted with) are awesome.
