    Hi everyone,

Is it possible to see your Mlife play and credit history online?

The Cosmo has a great history page that shows you what you spent and the tier credits you were given.

How can I find this out with Mlife (I'd love to see how I earned the tier credits, table session rating, etc...)

    Thanks!

If you log into their site you can see your coin in and out (and jackpots) broken down by casino by month.

But I don’t know of any way to see your spend or tier credit history.

Thanks. I see the Win/Loss page now that shows estimated table games win/loss numbers. As you said though, no breakdown of play, ratings given, tier credit earned, etc...

Seems absurd not to have that, but I guess they can get away with it.

Does anyone know if there is a way online, or if I can have it sent to me?

If you request that information, you are more likely to be told that such information is proprietary and not available to customers. (At one MGM resort not in Vegas, I was once told upon coloring up that the pit was unable to provide me with a table game rating. I knew that they were less experienced with players being so savvy as to request such a thing, so I did not bother fighting it. The point there -- specific numbers like table ratings and ADT / trip theo / average market value might be considered confidential and proprietary.) If a player/guest/customer want detailed numbers, the burden is going to be on the person wanting the numbers to keep detailed track of them oneself. I sure do.

If they have key data points....it’s unlikely that they would share them with anyone (including you). It would be a nightmare for them....

I think you have a valid point there. If they gave us enough detail, many folks would then have lots of data to ARGUE with them about. And we know that the back end systems at MGM can not take anymore abuse. LOL!

You can't see it online. Everything's recorded, they definitely have the history. Simple curiosity wouldn't be a good enough reason for them to give you a ledger. You could probably get it if you needed it for some legal-related reason.

And @pressitagain and @nostresshere are exactly right, if they ever tried to put it online, screw it up or not, it would just result in more inquiries.

Thanks. Not sure more inquiries is a good reason for keeping data related to a program you're signed up for, but I guess they can get away with it.

Not knowing how and when I gained tier credits feels almost absurd the more I think about it.

With Cosmo, I can see if they credited me for meals paid for and what I earned. Mlife I'm in the dark - I shouldn't have to track every dollar, reverse engineer to determine if it was credited, or call someone to try and piece it all together. Then there's if and when tier credits were earned while gambling. I believe they show for slots in the card display (as I remember), but that all should be online.

    It's 2020, not 2000.
