I don’t really drive and one is my fantasies is to be chauffeured around to a few places in a Rolls Royce Phantom. I was thinking I could maybe visit the Boulder Highway casinos using this method.

I was wondering if there are any services that anyone knows that offer the ability to charter Rolls Royce Phantoms with chauffeurs for a certain number of hours. I see this site LimoScanner that seems like it might be useful for this purpose, but I was wondering if anyone is aware of any other services (perhaps offered through the casinos?).

When you find it would you post the rate you found per hour and the minimum number of hours?
I would think 300$ per hour 2 hour minimum. + tip of course. :)
Seriously, I’d be interested in knowing but I don’t think you’ll find one offered. Would love to know though.

I’ve looked into this myself, it doesn’t seem there are too many options for hiring a Rolls-Royce of any kind. It’s been a while since I’ve looked, but I recall giving up pretty quickly when I was doing that research.

More importantly though... as much as I love the Boulder Highway and its casinos, it is not a part of town that I’d want to be seen getting out of a Rolls-Royce in, if you catch my drift. I suspect the driver might feel the same way, especially if they have to sit in the car waiting for you while in each of the casinos.

From a revenue perspective, I don't see why a limo company would want a Phantom in their fleet. Their starting price is about $450k, whereas an Escalade starts around $77k. You could have a decent fleet of about 6 Escalades to just 1 Phantom.

I'd love to pull up to the Wynn valet in a Trabant.

I see. Well, do you know anywhere in the world where you might be able to take a ride in a Rolls Royce Phantom? The only ones that come to mind are the chauffeuring offered to VIPs in Macau at the Pallazzo and Parisienne casinos. Also I recall some first class services offered by Middle Eastern airlines include a complimentary trip to the airport in a Rolls Royce Phantom.

I feel that there is untapped demand for experiences like these, though I concede it could be expensive. Maybe in parts of the country where space is not so expensive and so it wouldn’t be that expensive to secure a Rolls Royce.

Cool, glad I’m not the only one who is interested in something like this. And thanks for the heads up on the Boulder Highway area. I didn’t realize it was seedy. What about the station casinos in general? Also, is Summerlin nicer than Henderson? Thanks.

I don't know much about cars, so maybe a Rolls-Royce Ghost is like a Hyundai Accent compared to a Rolls-Royce Phantom, but this place claims to offer chauffered Rolls-Royce Ghost rides at $450 per hour with a four hour minimum:
    https://luxurycarrentalusa.com/chauffeur-service-las-vegas/

    They have a toll-free number: 1(888) 406-2099

In my opinion, Summerlin is more bourgeoisie than Henderson. That said, there are places (casinos and non-casinos) in both of those areas that I like to visit.

Alternatively, if you want to be driven around in a vehicle that costs a few hundred thousand dollars, consider the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada :kill::kill::kill:

Really I'd advise against any form of tourism that involves hopping in and out of a Rolls-Royce at multiple off-strip casinos of any kind. Henderson is the second-last place I'd do that, with North Las Vegas being dead last. Summerlin, I haven't been there much admittedly... but I'd feel more comfortable there than Henderson or NLV.

Here's what I would do if I were you... speak to concierges at some higher-end properties like Wynn and Cosmo. They will almost certainly have contacts with for-hire chauffeured Rolls-Royce vehicles available. I suspect that what you'll find on the Internet doesn't represent all of what's out there. I say that for the simple reason that the most serious vendors who offer these types of vehicles won't want to have a public-facing website which will be an invitation for every wannabe baller to email them and ask about discounts on 20-minute rides... whereas they'll get far more serious queries if they only deal with casino-hotels directly.

If your objective is to just have the experience of riding in a vehicle like this, I might suggest taking a ride to either M Resort or Red Rock, both of which are higher-end resorts where you're less likely to encounter the type of riffraff that would make this a bad idea. Figure that if you hire the vehicle for two hours or so, and it will take 30-ish minutes each way... you could realistically go out there, spend an hour in the casino (if you're into beer/video poker, The M has a pretty fantastic selection of drafts at 32 Degrees from what I hear), and then take the 30-ish minute ride back to the strip.

Other side note... I was at the Cosmo once with one of my high-roller friends and he generally refuses to take taxis. He showed me how you can go down to the main valet area, and there are many limos that can be hired on the spot without pre-arrangement, and you simply pay by the hour based on a posted fee schedule for each vehicle. I didn't see any Rolls-Royce vehicles there, but you may want to ask the attendant in a place like this about whether or not any Rolls-Royce vehicles ever show up. If they do, waiting around there for half an hour or so may get you exactly what you want.

I found a service called Abraham Limo on Google that offers a Phantom, although I don't personally have any experience with them.

This reminds me of a line from a Vegas comedian I heard once years ago. He was talking about how he drove to Vegas in his shiny new Corvette. Started losing. But took out a title loan on his car so he could keep gambling and possibly win it back.

Then he said with carefully slow emphasis... "And once my trip was over, I got on the road and headed home in a two hundred and fifty thousand dollar....... GREYHOUND bus!"

I can not imagine what the hourly rate would be for a business to cover the $450,000 cost.

Here is a place that rents Rolls in Jersey at $1350 a day, plus $40 an hour for driver. I found some others online in other cities to get an idea of cost.

    In LA here

I think the safety concerns on the Boulder Highway are being overstated. It's not like you're waiting alone at a bus stop at 11:30pm. And the rental company has an interest in protecting its asset.

I'm not a car guy, but taking a Rolls to play $1 craps at Jokers Wild presents an excellent photographic opportunity. Be sure to post the pic!

Empire CLS Luxury Transportation & Limo claims to have Rolls Royce Phantoms in its fleet. They require online registration or to give them a call to receive a quote on cost and duration of ride.

Wynn/Encore Las Vegas has a fleet of Rolls Royces but they're only booked and offered to high-end clientele guests and/or established loyalty players.

We go to Vegas 3-4 times a year and stay at Sam's Town on Boulder highway. For the last 3 years, we have used Bell and/or Presidential services. Drivers never seemed to be the least bit concerned; indeed, they seem to be quite familiar with the area. I do think someone is missing an opportunity in the Rolls Royce Phantoms business. I would rather have a ride in an RR than, say, a helicopter.

I'll chip in on the price of the Phantom to be able to take pictures of it sitting in front of the Longhorn. Seriously.

I also call dibs on the pictures of this. Can you imagine the look on the Valet's face when you hand him the keys? He'd sooner take a steaming turd out of your hand.

Also a stupendous idea. I love the JW and their $1 craps, and rolling up in a Rolls would be both impeccably ironic and endlessly funny.

“We are not responsible for any damages to your vehicle or theft from same” is the usual out for refusing the steaming turd—- :)

This comment was going to be my only input as well (and not really what the OP is looking for). I am not a car person. I always note how nice it is when they drive me around in one and my partner and friends (who are car people) were blown away impressed the times Wynn has picked us up with one. They were also amused he time I rode up front with the driver and conversed about the cost of the car. I think my response that I could have a brand new Prius every day of the month for the cost of one rolls really cracked them up :goofy:

Yes done this several times. Especially on busy weekends before Uber, and super long taxi lines. Just walk up to a limo or escalade driver and they are more than happy to take you to a location for a flat fee. I remember back in the day some friends and I were staying at MGM and we were running late to go to XS at Encore, taxi line had at least 100 people in it. We just got a limo to take us up the strip for $30
