Maybe he is a breast feeder? It is legal in public these days.

 

So is being topless in Canada although it is rare to see any women walking around topless.

This photo reminds me of our last trip while eating at California Pizza at The Mirage there were to busty girls in their twenties dressed with cleavage at at table and there was a young guy maybe 12 or so at the table next to them with his mouth wide open. It was pretty comical.

 

I call that location the Four Points intersection
