    pretty much every big casino on the Strip. It's a dying game though.

    People have been saying that for 10 years. I'm pretty sure the tables for $5 LIR at Bally's (2 of them), PH (2), and perhaps Paris (1) have not moved since I started going to Vegas in 2011. They seem as busy or not busy as other carny games (which often have more tables open, to be sure).

    pretty sure all CET hotels have at least one, definitely remember seeing three tables at Harrah's a few years ago. you can find it almost anywhere; i don't recall seeing it at Casino Royale or El Cortez on my last visits, though.

    Cosmo - no
    Bellagio - no
    Caesars - Yes (1 table)
    Cromwell - no
    Wynn - yes (1 table)
    Venetian - yes (at least 1 table)
    Paris - yes (1 table)
    PH - yes (2 tables)
