Just landed for five days with the fiancé. She really wants to do something in the desert and I was thinking a Grand Canyon your. Maybe one of the helicopter ones, but they’re really expensive. But I’m not looking to spend 15 hours on a bus tour.

    Any recommendations?

    thanks!

PS we’re from Canada and love the show Grace and Frankie. We just had Del Taco for the first time. I quote Megan “We had Del Taco for lunch, BITCHES!”...we’re really excited.

We did the airplane tour...it was great. Cost was around $100. Left early am and was back to strip by noon

Red Rock Canyon is about 15-20 miles from the strip. We toured it by electric bike when we went and it was great. Renting a car would be pretty easy and I know there are plenty of tour companies that will haul you out there and show you around. You are probably looking at 3-4 hours total including travel. Its a great morning or afternoon trip.
