I would recommend the Aria buffet. Much better selection/quality of foods in my experience.

I had the Aria dinner buffet for the first time during my Halloween trip and I thought it was very good. It was also a freebie via MyVegas. They had a nice variety and the quality of their food was also good. I was sorta surprised that they didn't have prime rib at their carvery station, but they had pretty much everything else. The service was also better than at some buffets that I've been too and they always kept a steady flow of soft drinks coming without my asking. It's been years since I've been to the Bellagio buffet, so I can't give any comparison to what it's like today.

No question about the choices...Aria. As much as I would like to believe if it's Bellagio it's better, it's not. Buffet at Aria has been consistently very good (not great), but very good.

Agreed on Aria. Bellagio is certainly no slouch, but it's been pretty static for a while; Aria is consistently very good, and I'm a big fan of their poke station. Both being buffets, you're not getting 3-Michelin starred food, but Aria has the standards plus interesting stuff like the tandoori oven, the ramen station, and a great dessert selection.

Aria. Bellagio buffet has declined in quality in the past 5 years. Aria buffet is newer and of better quality.

Aria. I’ve used the MyVEGAS twice for it and both times it was good and worth it especially with the 2 for 1

I always find one thing at the Aria Buffet that I absolutely love, and go back over and over eating it. I have never done that at any other buffet. Not Bellagio, Not Bacchanal, not any other.

Another vote for Aria. Bellagio has really taken a dive over the past decade, getting progressively worse every year. A shame because it was the best in town when it opened. I think it lived on its laurels for a while, and now it’s like they just don’t care.

There have been many vigorous and informative debates here about the “best” buffets, but most everyone agrees Aria is pretty good and usually consistent.

    We like Wynn.

    Aria.

All online sites say Bellagio has declined. I walked through last trip... I wouldnt bother.

    Aria was excellent

And, ate at Wynn Buffet three weeks ago. Until that visit, I'd have given Wynn the edge. Now, after eating at both within an 8-week span, I'd give the edge to Aria.

Definitely not Bellagio! We were so disappointed on our last trip there that I will never go back. The seafood was half frozen and mushy. Nothing tasted fresh. The only thing not disappointing was the bread and rolls.

Been to Bellagio's buffet twice and Aria's buffet once.
What I like and prefer at Bellagio is they usually have a single station serving a fresh hot meal.
The one time I recall it was sliders.
Since it was one time to Aria I don't recall them having such a station.

I can add that I had ARIA buffet for Tuesday breakfast/lunch last week. Got there at transition time from breakfast to lunch...

    Not mind blowing, but excellent.

    A few unique things:
    • They have the poké bar at lunch (had it at a prior dinner visit) ... my favorite. They've added items, making it better.
    • They were poaching eggs for benedict as I walked by, so I was able to get two plain poached eggs.
    • The meat carvery had these unusual massive pancake tortas... a buttermilk, a chocolate, a red velvet. I tried the buttermilk... it was pretty dried out. I'd try it again if I arrived earlier.
    • At transition time... there were breakfast signs for items that had already been removed for lunch. When I was disappointed that biscuits and gravy were gone, the attendant said there were plenty in back... went and got some for me. I like the service/attitude.
Still a fan of Aria buffet.

FYI.... trying to decide on dinner at Cosmo one night this past trip... I walked through Wicked Spoon Monday dinner time. Place was very quiet, no line. And the food looked disappointingly dried out, uninteresting. I walked away.
