I’m pissed I couldn’t get my Appalachian State bet in on time, here are my picks for today:

    Clemson -28.5

    5 game parlay for $20
    Hawaii +14
    Virginia @ Clemson, over 56.5
    Memphis -9
    LSU -7
    Ohio State -15.5

God my butt kicked on the parlay, but I was able to cash my Clemson -28.5 ticket. I used an online app, PointsBet, but for some reason, I could not do a parlay on the same game. I wanted to parlay Clemson -28.5 and the Over 56.5.

I know a guy who said when Clemson played 2-3 weeks ago, stations casino would not take the bet due to the point soread(?). I’d never heard of that but he said they wouldn’t do it (for 20$, not megabets). nice to hear at least somewhere else it holds. Sorry about your loss

Thanks! But I bet $100 on Clemson minus the points, and $20 on the 5 bet parlay, so I’m up for the day. :woohoo:

I will have to reconnoiter with you next season......and bet opposite. :headbang:

I’m looking at the Army Navy game next week, I will take Navy -6.5.

Hammie, some places will not let you include 2 bets of the same game in a parlay. ie 1 team + over/ under or 1st half under over and total game over and under.

But always good win the bigger bet.......Good luck in the bowl games

Mike, I have attended several Army Navy games and I’m sorry I won’t be there this year as it would have been a pleasure to meet you. Hope you dress warm and get there early to see the Cadets and Midshipmen walk into the stadium. We had great seats, last year the Commander in Chief walked up our aisle. Security was tight, but I am not sure if the President will be in attendance this year. Go Navy, beat Army.

Thanks @hammie!! Yeah, lol, I had to break out some of my winter wardrobe when I was packing today. This will be the 12th Army Navy game I’ve been to. My favorite game was when I was serving in the Navy and they had the game at the Rose Bowl, what a venue. We blew Army out big time that day. We had a nice 14 game winning streak going (I think it’s the longest in the rivalry) until Army won the last three games so it’s time for a little payback on Saturday.

I get up to Philly for the game about every other year so maybe we can meet up sometime.

You’re absolutely correct; the pageantry of that game is second to none.

If you're considering an o/u bet, it'll be windy and rainy Saturday in Philly.
