I know the new tower just opened and haven't been there to see it, so I will withhold comment on the rooms and dining (although Kuro, which has been there for a while, is excellent food). I don't believe they do any players club matching. And the only real memory I have of any benefits when I was their highest tier in the past was that they would bring me free drinks on the main floor when I flashed the card and I think there was better or free parking available (never used it, so I cannot say for certain on that). In other words, unless there has been a major overhaul of benefits with their players club, you're not really missing out on anything by having a higher tier

UKFanatic, thanks for the reply. Looked at room rates, a little crazy, don't think we will be staying there,

I looked at rooms to stay a night before a cruise end of Feb. The rates I saw were 400 to 500 a night. A nit steep for me.

They’ll comp rooms if you can verify play.

If they don’t, plenty of places to stay down here and they will transport you, again, based on play.

It is a High Roller place, so I wouldn’t expect a lot in comps. There is a lot of money down here, especially in the winter.

FWIW, I like it, and usually go a couple times a winter. Another place you might consider is Gulfstream. Not much of a casino, but horse racing at Gulfstream is something I believe everyone needs to experience at least once.

I don’t live down here full time, but I have a pretty good read of places to stay in Broward county, and I do know some folks at Hard Rock if you need an assist.

Thanks for all the replies, was looking at Feb. 12, but think we will stay in Fort Lauderdale before the cruise. Got a real great rate.
