    So yesterday was a thing.

We woke up early as jetlag so were out the room by 9am. We took a leisurely stroll over to Aria and loaded up a two free buffet reward. Went straight in as were were hungry and there would be an overlap with breakfast and lunch while we were there. We also grabbed unlimited drinks which was the best/worst decision made in human history depending on who you ask.

After we left the Aria 7 drinks later we wandered over to Cosmo to play through some free play which I did on video poker at chandelier. Eventually it all ran out along with the mild winnings but we got enough drink tickets for a fancy cocktail each. I went for Spritz faced and Rey opted for Verbana. We then went and played slots for a good long while without too much of note. Both ending up around even. Made friends with some nice people who were likely concerned with how drunk we were at what might have been midday.

Things start to become hazy at this point so I apologise some of the detail goes missing. I know we went to BWW in an effort to sober me up. It didnt really work. We then went downtown at around 6pm I recall as getting there took approximately 1 million years as a conference just let out.

We then played blackjack in el cortez til about 10pm before walking up to the D to try have a go on the sigma derby. Didnt get a seat so played some fortune cup instead. Let to go to the plaza at some point for more slots and freebet blackjack. Ended up recouping the money I spent on gambling and food to this point

The day took its toll and we were back in the room and asleep around 1am. Feeling surprisingly awake today bar a real sore throat which is 50% second hand smoke and 50% illness.

Again real sorry for the lack of pictures. I've done my best to film stuff for later on.

@rey A blueberry lemon drop sounds amazing. Cosmo, I presume? Did you get it at a certain bar or are they available on the floor?

Yesterday was somewhat of a write off. I was soul destroyingly hungover.

Woke up early, got food, played slots at Bellagio, wandered down to Casino Royale and broke even on five dollar free bet.

Somehow did 13000 steps before 3pm and then my 'nap' ended up being five hours. Cal got a nice buffalo hit while I slept.

We then went to Best Friend which was really good.

Going to Lumberjack Hooters today for the boxing then we have 50 dollars each to spend at NYNY Times Square. [IMG]

Spending the evening in excalibur. Both joined the no limits hold em tournament. Rey got a bad beat real early on and didnt rebuy. Not sure on details. I won the tournament for a cool $400. This post was 50% update and 50% brag as I've never won before.

Check out day from Park. I honestly cant say enough good things about this resort. The room is fantastic (we are staying in a nightingale suite) I was concerned that noise might be an issue due to proximity to the elevator but it's been so very quiet whenever we've been in here. It's super well located and the casino has enough stuff to keep you busy with reasonable table mins.

But all good things etc. We are checking into the Wynn for 3 nights courtesy of Wynn slots app and are going to be fancy boys living way outside our means. No real plans other than a buffet also thanks to Wynn slots but I'm sure I'll keep you posted

    So yesterday!

We started off with some light gambling and mimosas to kill some time. Nothing of note. Lost maybe $100 but enjoyed myself. We then wandered over to twin peaks to watch the AJ v Ruiz fight where we drank a bucket each and had some food. Very enjoyable, I'm back there in Feb for the super bowl so this was a bit of a trial run.

Next we went over to NYNY to cash in our myvegas reward for drink credit at Bar at Times Square (starting to sound like a real frugal person) where we drank a load more and listed to someone take requests on piano. Ranged from generic country songs that as Brits we do not know (Rodeo is in town, its cowboy country here now) all the way to aforementioned greatest song of all time A Thousand Miles by Vanessa Carlton. Left there around 7:30 to walk down to excalibur.

Bought in for the poker and played there til probably about 10:45. Found rey betting the shirt off his back on Freebet and went for some pizza over at slice of Vegas as it had been about 12 hours since we last ate. Staggered back home and here we are.

    Piano mans card attached

You’re going to love Twin Peaks for the Super Bowl. It was hard to meet the minimum though. My brother and I can put away food too. I’ve never been that full in my life and we were even ordering the patron margaritas. Ended up buying a few shirts to finish off the $250 requirement. 10/10 would do again though.

Twin Peaks is an underrated option for cheap food, drinks and sportsball games - especially now that you can simply bet on your phone.
