I wanted to ask if anyone has a suggestion for healthy food over by Fremont or on the Strip. I'm looking for more of a sit-down restaurant. Vegan/Vegetarian or Asian or Thai or small plated cuisine, but not a themed fish restaurant, (I'm allergic to Sushi) would be great!

I'm on a weight loss journey, have lost several pounds, do not really eat meat (hubs does), and am interested in a nice outting on New Years Day.

We have been to Park on Fremont, which has excellent salads a dozen times, looking to change it up :)

Try Julian Serrano in Aria. Fantastic tapas spot.

Lemongrass is a good Thai option in Aria as well.

Le Thai and Vegenation downtown get excellent reviews. There’s a new restaurant at Venetian’s Canyon Ranch Spa that I have my eye on for my upcoming trip since they have lots of gluten-free options.

I'll second Lemongrass, by far my favorite Thai place in town (I find Lotus to be highly overrated). However, depending on your allergy, Thai could be tricky, because a lot of stuff has nam pla (fish sauce) in it.

I am allergic to all fish, I will literally blow up like a balloon [emoji324] it’s kind of depressing; we go to work parties the waiter hands me something calls it chicken and it’s fish, then I have to run across the street and by Benedryl
