A non stop out of LGA would be fantastic!

I gotta say; Wynn knows how to throw elegant events. They're no match compared to some of the gala's I've been to in NYC, but pretty darn close. Frankly, none of the other casinos compare

You do know, Flowers, that you will be flying MINT! I love how mothers (like me) sort of 'influence' what our kids do! I have to admit I do that to my babies! Sounds like a great trip (minus being ill and losing). Make sure you drink lots of liquids, so you don't dehydrate.
I really admire you because you are such a great person, but also, because you have such a great Vegas experience.

Glad you had another fun trip! Always enjoy following along!

And if you do decide to wash some of that FP on the huge 100 play machine, remember you can bet any number of lines you want and still bet 5 coins a line. M and I screwed around on it a bit by playing just one line when we stayed there in September. Good to hear dimes is 9/5 TDB though! I will need to keep that in mind for our next stay there.

Thanks @tringlomane! What would you recommend in terms of washing on the basic 100 play machine? Would you play fewer hands but quarters, e.g. 10 to 15 hands, or more hands and dimes, e.g. 25 or 50 hands?

As long as the paytable is the same, more hands on lower denomination is better if your ultimate goal is to lower variance. Also the more spins you take also smooths out variance. 2000 rounds of 10 line dime play is less variance than 400 rounds of 50 line dime play. But more rounds equal more time, so you have to decide what's best for you there. And of course if time really matters, you can turn turbo deal on, but it's less exciting, imo.

Also if DDB was 9/5 (97.87%) or Bonus was 7/5 (98.01%), I'd also consider those as they are both higher return and lower variance than 9/5 TDB. But your love of TDB might be too strong to do that! [emoji12]

This is super helpful. Many thanks! I am in no rush. I have a day and a half to play before my guests arrive so I will aim for ten play and GTK re DDB.

Yeah, it makes sense for you to fly out of LGA, since you live in Harlem. It's just a short ride right over the RFK (Triborough) Bridge. JFK is a pain to get to from the city. The Grand Central and the Van Wyck are always bumper to bumper. The only problem flying from LGA to Vegas, is that you can't really fly non-stop from LGA. And the beauty of JetBlue of course, keeps us going to JFK. Really enjoyed your trip report. I am heading out on Saturday, on JetBlue of course for 7 nights, so I guess you will be arriving later in the week.

Agree 100% re the beauty of Jet Blue. Safe travels and yes, I will be a few days behind you, and via Jet Blue!

Meant to add that going to JFK I usually take the Long Island Railroad and the AirTrain, which is an inexpensive and pretty fast way to get to JFK from Manhattan. Coming back at night, however, after an intense Vegas trip I prefer to just my hop in a Lyft.

One update about the Wynn Luxury Boutique Affair. I mention it because in another thread re the GGWU and the MGM holiday promo folks were wondering when their gifts would be mailed and received.

Well, I received an email saying my gifts would be delivered TOMORROW and these are the gifts I ordered just three days ago, last Saturday evening. The email provided the latest on delivery (tomorrow) and indicated I could receive text updates from UPS. Well, they made it super easy to input your cell and I will get a text when the packages have been delivered to my parents' home. I chose their address rather than mine as I don't need to be worried about being away when the packages are delivered.

It's incredible the packages will be delivered tomorrow. I will pick them up from my parents in a couple of weeks.

    Wynn does good work.

On an unrelated note, I like your trip reports because you are similar to me in liking Palace Station. The real only difference is I haven’t been for a while, and I’ve grown away from Wynn like places. But I’ve always like Pucci at Wynn. I’m assuming he’s still there.

The host Pucci? No, though I didn't know him I understand he departed from Wynncore around this time last year.

Ah. Yes, this summer something happened. There were / are some rumors floating around. I need to call him. He was old school as much as anyone could be in this day and age. He was pretty involved in a lot of charity work as well. I always respected his honesty.

He's been working as a board member at a couple of places since then and is doing well at an an executive search firm right now.
Good guy and been gone from Wynn since the end of 2018.

*Hope you don't mind me responding here, @Flowers. Just saw his name while reading through your great report. :)

Not at all ardee! I didn't know him but some players I casually know at Wynncore really like him so glad to know he is doing well.

Thanks so much for this wonderful report, Flowers! (minus the getting sick part, of course!) I love how you do Vegas!

I kept reading comments about your new watch, and then went looking back thru photos to find it. I saw the exquisite black and silver bracelet, but couldn't seem to find the watch pic... then realized that WAS the watch, Lol! So gorgeous!!!! I don't like wearing traditional watches, but could defo wear that! :)

Best of luck to you on your trip next week... have a super fun time and turn that FP into a mint!!! [emoji256]

The watch photo is earlier (it is silver with a mother of pearl face), before the photo of the black and silver bracelet. That IS bracelet or a band I guess. I don't wear it often but thought it would be nice to wear to Fleetwood Mac! :)

And glad you enjoyed my TR!
