Considering how often "premium" hotels are renovated, it doesn't have to age that well, does it? It'll be renovated before it's totally out of style....

The gratuitous use of brass, odd mix of colors, upholstery on the headboard and chairs, weird abstract pattern of carpet and wallpaper, the particular use of marble, and rounded corners on the bed, desk, and nightstand already give it a real 80s vibe for me. Is that chrome or mirror at the base of the bed too?!? Replace that flat TV with a tube TV and I would easily have believed this picture was taken early to mid 80s. I don't hate it but I feel like it has already aged about 35 years and seems weird in a property that isn't that old (kind of like Excalibur lol). Just my opinion; I think it looks sort of elegant but not current century elegant.

Looks better than the last one. I like the wallpaper, but using a color with more taupe and less gray would warm up the space and make it feel more timeless. Gray is trendy, but I don’t think it’ll age well.

Also doesn't feel like the design carries any Italian flare / motif

I think they’re now going for a more modern Italian look than classically elegant Italian, as evidenced by the casino renovation. I see a lot of modern Italian influences and furniture in the room, and at least that’s better than the generic design they currently have. It would be really cool if they used Armani or Fendi Casa (or something similar) in the penthouses and villas.

Anyone know if there are any updated bathroom designs? I’d be interested to see how they’ll renovate them if they are indeed going for a more modern look.

I like it, except for the carpet.

Way better than that crap that was posted a few months back.

Whatever, as long as they move the closet away from near the window. That'll be a major improvement.

Seems awfully...sensory overload. Aside from the head board it all looks so overdone and chintzy to me. Compare this design to the classic style of the Octavius/Augustus/Palace towers across the street. Caesars got the look so right there and it could hold up for decades.

Guess time will tell, I felt the same way about the photos of the Burgundy rooms at Paris, but once you're in the room it's actually really nice. Could be the case here too.

These images seems like the final room product that looks like it has already been remodeled or at least being planned for at Bellagio. Any thoughts on this and how it could effect room pricing and ARIA as a sister property from MGM's portfolio?

Did any of the other three previous rendering ever make it to production at Bellagio or are these just mock ups from a company hoping to get Bellagio's business?

I would say that the remodel will definately give Aria its run for its money... I love Aria, but some of their rooms i've stayed in are starting to get well used.

I like it with the exception of the carpeting.

Looks really nice, but being picky, it would be lovely if that huge shower had a ledge or somewhere to sit on.

I like it. It isn't Wynn level good but it is way better than their last renovation and certainly better than the last mockup where the carpet looked bloodstained.

I too wished their showers had benches but I don't see MGM caring enough to fork over the cash to fix things like that.

Looks nice! Def. better than the other mock-ups we've seen. Also agree that Aria as well as Vdara need some love. Now seems like a pretty solid time to renovate as shutting down a few floors wouldn't really have any impact on occupancy rate.

yes... to the left are "the people who what to go Vegas in phase 2", to the right are "the people who don't want to go to Vegas in phase 2", and the overlap is "you are here"
