My bad, I was pretty sure the last time I looked at the tier chart "complimentary room" was on the 7 stars column. Doesnt seem to be there anymore.

Help me out here, isn't 150k in tier automatically 7* status? @zignerlv when did the invite for 7* begin? I believe there is verbiage that all comps/offers are at the discretion of the casino, which means they can fuck you over at any time with offers but not tier status, this seems really egregious! Also, ADT should not play into this, this should be a flat discussion of "make this many tier credits, get this status". They should be able to pull your comps for over comping, or whatever, but you exceeded the threshold of 150k by 8k, and they should honor that. I would keep escalating the matter, maybe set up an in person meeting with an executive host. If that doesn't work, I am sure MLife would be happy to take your business.

I think the misleading statement is that the email specifically states upgrade you tier status faster. If he received this having already achieved diamond status, the implication must be if you play enough you will get the next level of status. Now if he didn't get the email, then there is no false promise. But if he both got the email telling him to do this and upgrade his tier status faster, and then confirmed with people that the only thing impacting the "invitation" is markers and security issues, he would certainly have something worth looking at. I'm not hedging this issue, I am simply saying I can certainly see both side of the issue.

7 Stars is by invitation only, says it everywhere.

Good luck with mLife and the gaming pattern in discussion. Escalating the matter is a waste of time in this case, unless you want to complain about not receiving an invite for a program that clearly says by invitation only - and the reps never said different if shit hits the fan...

Thanks, I had no clue. So, you can play for months and months of loyalty, feed machines and tables thousands upon thousands of dollars and they an deny you. Do you know if this is the case with MLife's top tier card?

You just said it yourself - 'faster'. Faster means faster, not as soon as you reach X. If he played enough of course he would have gotten bumped to 7stars.

I doubt anybody guaranteed, especially in writing, something along the lines of get 150k and we'll bump you 7stars.

Noir is invitation only with no 'base' level publically advertised, yes. Thousands upon thousands isn't going to make it to Noir.

Very interesting, thanks for the info. I wonder if other casinos have this same invitation policy for their most elite status. - BConnected, TI, Wynn, Tropicana.

But seriously @skyscanner what does seven stars offer that had you abandon your friends and family for a month? Or was all that just hyperbole? It has me thinking what a casino would have to offer me in comps to make me abandon my regular life for a month (the answer for me: a hell of a lot more than anything seven stars offers).

How much coin in are we talking about here?

I have seen lots of numbers thrown around, but have not seen what the real coin in was.

If you're talking about Noir at mLife, I've heard 1,000,000 TC for them to even look at you and I don't know what that relates to in coin-in

I met an older lady last year in Vegas that wasn’t invited the first year she hit 150k, most of it from legitimate gambling albeit mostly VP. She was invited the next year, and only after surpassing the 200k mark. It was explained to her at the time that she hadn’t reached a level of play that warranted 7 stars status. Take that for what you will...

At the end of the day it’s by invitation only, that’s clearly spelled out. Anyone who plays for comps, (and 7 stars status is a comp) is asking for trouble. If you play and your normal play grants you 7 stars status then so be it, but to chase it...no.

To OP's credit, the app is pretty ambiguous and makes it look like you will reach Seven Stars if you hit 150,000 TCs.

One interesting side note here is that this is the first case I have heard of of CET denying 7* (second case if you include @AlPal note earlier). This means that people playing in these 5X tier multipliers have to be very careful if they have reached Diamond Elite. CET removed aspirations levels and since they are enforcing the 7* invitation pretty strictly, a lot of the TC multipliers become meaningless once you reach 25K (given that TC's are inherently valueless other than for making the next tier).

Overall, I would say that anyone who hits 25K TC's should completely ignore their TC count, unless they can hit 150K and, additionally, BE SURE that they are getting the invite to 7*. Basically, TC only matters to 25K and then it is nearly irrelevant.

Each person would have to answer that question for themselves. I prefer not to stay/play on the strip, but for those that do, consider some of the companies that are on the Strip, but not part of Caesars or MGM. They range in quality from The STRAT or Tropicana up to the Wynn and Veneitian/Palazzo.

For me, Station has always treated me well. The offers from my new friends at the Plaza have also been generous. Not a nickel for Caesars/MGM properties from me until they begin to treat their customers as if they have value.

I believe the OP should walk away from Caesars and never look back.
