    GGWU starts today....

Can anyone that gets free play please confirm that the 2019 rate is 13,750 points = $50 in free play / 27,500 points = $100 FP

That’s what the Caesars Loyalty Rep told me, but I’d like confirmation from a fellow VMBer before my next trip

Go directly to the check out. If any of the people try to direct you to a line, tell them you are just getting free play. The rep will ask you which casino you want your free play at, then will give you a voucher. That voucher will then need to be taken to the casino cage you requested, and they will give you the free play.

I’m excited. I specifically went to two booster events this year and have 300k. We’re in desperate need of a new gas grill, and will be using our points for that.

Thanks @DaiLun for including the "glossary" of acronyms at the onset of your post! I always love reading your adventures in gaming, but since I'm not on your level, I sometimes get lost... very much appreciated... THANK YOU :peace:

Only if the offer gives you 25,000 GGWU points, and I am not aware of any booster events running after October. What does your offer say?

You have to swipe your card In order to get the points. However, you can always check with the people at the ballroom event.

OK, MY BFF JUST FINISHED AT CET AND VALIDATED A FEW THINGS . . . . .

    1)Free Play is in $50 or $100 increments and is 13,750 for $50 and 27500 for $100

2)Free play can be used at multiple casinos, but you have to make one transaction for each casino. What that means, is that you have to tell them that you want $100 at x casino, and $100 at y casino. They will create a ticket that you will take to the cashier's cage at each of the casinos and get free Play vouchers. Note that the MINIMUM is $50 and only in $50 increments. You cannot get for an "odd" amount, like $10 or even $25.

3)Free Play expires 12/31/2019. The lady at the GGWU event told my BFF that that casino "should" allow you to use the coupons beyond the expiration date, but I wouldn't trust that.

    4)VISA gift cards come in denominations of $500, $100, $50, $25, and $10
    CET_VISA_GC.jpg
5)Sausages are the lowest denomination items. 1000 points, but they've sold out each of the past two years, so if you want sausages, go early.

Dailun thanks for a great thread. Is there any advantage to going to the mlife event over just riding your stuff at the kiosks.

would I be able to get my free play and gift card today?

NOTE: for mLife, you would HAVE to go to the kiosks today, since the ballroom events are only Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Perhaps you can go and report back on whether they have gift cards and free play immediately available.

OK, for mLife, I always go to the ballroom event. This is the first year that I will go to both MGM Grand and Bellagio. I'm not sure if they have gift cards at the kiosks, but I'm pretty sure that your Free Play can be credited at the kiosks. The MGM Grand event is (as I understand it) "next to the Ka ballroom."

I don't know if you'd call it an advantage, but mLife, in the past puts on a pretty good "show". Last year there was an open bar and they were giving away Peppermint martinis and light snacks. My BFF said that the CET event had no drinks or food, it was kind of like a shopping mall. They used to have "free" pictures with Santa, but I guess no more.

The only other advantage is that the kiosks are at every mLife casino and are open until 11PM, and the MGM Grand casino floor event closes at 5PM (2PM on Sunday), and at the Bellagio 7PM (2PM on Sunday)

Like I said, in December, for the Bellagio event, I will try to rent a scooter, because that walk to the Tower ballrooms is llloooonnnngggg, and it took a toll on my arthritis-ridden knees.

I will be there tomorrow, and if I get there early enough, will go over to MGM to get my gift cards and free play. I will verify kiosk vs. ballroom and the differences.

My extra points for having attended 2 booster events were JUST put in my account some time today. It wasn't done "late" as CET indicated they points would be there no later than November 1st so for folks who a few days ago may not have seen all of the points earned reflected in their account today the points may be there! I now have 285k. I am so excited. It's been years since I've attended a GGWU event and am really glad it coincides with another event I wanted to attend.

How long does it usually take to get the gift cards in the mail?

If you mean CET's GGWU, there is a gift card section on checkout after you "order" and they hand the gift cards over to you as you exit.

And I have no idea with mLife's HGS since this is the first year that they are mailing the gift cards.

I just got a note from mLife that they're mailing the gift cards tomorrow.

I never received an email from mlife about them posting out my gift card but I do hope they arrive today.
