Does anyone offer an honest 3:2 free bet game on the strip or near it? I am overdue for a fremont street experience I suppose. Staying at the Park MGM my next trip. Last time I played at the Cromwell and was disappointed that the free bet game was the only thing that didn't pay out 3:2.

Every game is 6:5 on the Strip. I don't think there is that much variation in the rules between the casinos.

I think you mean every game under a certain minimum like 25/50/100?
It is still printed on the felt, right?

(I'll leave that goofed answer up, of course Tring is correct, it appears that thats the game on the strip -[may have happened around 2006])
(oops, forgot the freebet part, IDK, actually. Wizard of odds says the game pays 3:2, Prob want to head downtown.. I know there was 10 min freebet at GG.)

I was gathering game data and noticed that Luxor now only pays 6-5 on Free Bet Blackjack on a CSM. The other MGMs that offer it still pay 3-2 that I saw. I believe only Casino Royale and Luxor have this game with more than one deck as a 6-5. I guess that puts the house edge somewhere in the 2.4% range.

Oy! That increases the house edge by 1.36% in a six-deck game. I put the house edge of the standard rules at 1.03%, so this would bump it up to 2.39%, so good guess.

FYI The D had 6-deck free bet running. Didn't see any tables with double deck free bet. There does seem to be a normal double-deck game going though. Also didn't see it offered by anyone else outside of The D, Golden Gate and the Plaza. Plaza wasn't even staffing the game when I went.
