MyVegas 2016-2020 room reward calendars

So anyone have any idea how long it will be before you can actually book a room night for February 2020?

 

Calendars are up through May 2020

 

Are you able to book into 2020 though?

 

I'm not going until at least June, so I haven't tried, but I assume so if the calendar is updated on the website.

 

The PDF calendars updated a couple of weeks ago, but no one had been able to book past December.

 

I looked last night and was able to book MB through April.

 

I was able to book a 2 night Vdara stay in March, right after my 4 night stay at the Wynn. YES!!!!!!!!

 

There are certain Friday’s and Saturday’s that show available on the calendar. Can they be booked even though the reward says Sunday through thurs

 

If the PDF shows availability but the MLife page does not, you can call reservations. I booked Vdara in May via a phone call and they waived the $15 fee.

 

Wow so this is different than previous years. Normally the January to June calendar would show up some time in December but I see they have updated a October-May calendar now and people can already book up to May 2020. I assume now we have no idea when they will release June dates? It better not be in May.

 

I wonder why they made an updated calendar (october) that shows Signature dates only for them to take out the award completely a week later.

 

Would like to be able to see into June-July before the end of the month, but I doubt that happens. I have a decent offer I have to book by Jan. 31 and we figured we could combine wife's MyVegas room with my MLife offer. We've done so in the past, but it doesn't look like we'll get the updates by then.

I’m visiting Vegas in August and have been waiting (and hoping) to see calendars past May / June but still no luck.

As it’s my first time redeeming points this way I thought I’d try my luck and see if I could book 3 comp nights at Mirage (for 78,000) but after taking the plunge I can’t see past the end of February let alone May / June!

Is the booking process always this limited? It’s very poor in my opinion that you have to wait until only 3-4 weeks before, to make bookings. Guaranteed if I hold on until the end of July, the 78,000 for 3 nights deal will be gone.

 

I wouldnt expect the 3 night reward to be available in the Summer. Those are special dates when they expect to be slow.

 

The 3 night reward has the dates it is good for listed on the reward - was only Jan/Feb. This is a rare reward that is not there all the time and unlikely to be available in August when it is busy. You don't have to wait 3-4 weeks to book. Once the new calendars come out hopefully by May you will be able to book for August if you use a one night or 2 night reward.

Hoping for some more insight on June 2020 calendar release? I am planning to put money into the game once it's released to open up a two-night at maybe Vdara or, if I feel like splurging, even more for Aria. I have another hotel booked as a backup (free cancellation), but hoping for the best! Any rumors?
