I’m guessing with DTG adding a tower they’d love to add a restaurant there.

I've never gone to H&H, but I hope they are able to remain in their current location or find a nearby Fremont Street location.

The a real estate company that owns Downtown Grand owns all the buildings...I 5ink that includes Pizza Rock and Triple George

I think they are ticked off because the Hogs owner made a big stink when DTG tried to stop the 9/11 parade that Hogs sponsors. She went on local news, Social media and eventually they gave in....DTG controls the traffic flow on the street.

They said it interferes with their temporary Valet setup they have on 3rd.... the parade was only suppose to impact it for two hours

I have never been to H&H either, but planned to this next trip after hitting up Pizza Rock! The article points out -

"A search of online crime reports show at least 30 incidents ranging from disturbing the peace, to assault, and indecent exposure in the 200 block of 3rd Street within the past 6 months"

I wonder how that stat compares with other bars in Vegas?

And specifically how much of that crime is attributable to Hogs ...a lot of homeless and druggies in the area. My experience is that Hogs police themselves with pretty stringent security.

Sounds like a typical shift at the Stage Door Saloon, or the typical El ride in Chicago or sub ride in New York.

Crime scene I passed a few hours after a two were shot the morning of June 6, 2015.

Exactly what I was thinking. Always felt safe at Hogs. The security guards are beefcakes

I wouldn’t want to try messing with them

She can fight all she wants, but if that lease is written in a way that allows the owner to give them 30 days notice to vacate for any reason, there is not much she can do outside going back in time and getting a better lawyer. Even if, somehow, the court was to side with her, the DG will make her life hell for however long that lease is good for. They will nitpick at every little clause in the lease until she basically has no choice but to find a new location.

I have never been inside, but I walked by on Thursday around 5:00pm and there was a younger looking girl sitting on the bench outside vomiting.
