Before you search, try unchecking the promo code box and see if the comp or rates show up.

no discount code .been use. I even reach out to casino host and no reply yet. But when I call to make a reservation everything is open and comp. But I prefer to to use the app cause I can see what room is offer. In the past my host doesn't offer anything better than the email offer.

1 - ALWAYS check without promo codes

2 - If you ADT just changed - sometimes it takes a bit to update your record/play/comps

If you just put in 10K TC, it takes a little while for the CET comps to catch up. It could be as long as 2-3 months before the app catches up with your play. Remember that your 10K is averaged in to your prior play. If your prior play was low, you won't get credit for the 10K as 10K.

"Back to back weekends and earn 10K TC." Could you please be a little more specific?

Back to back weekends with 5K TC? Is that with or without bonuses?

Too little relevant information to explain what you are seeing.

Well I had a long talk with the casino host, he told.me i was overcomp cause back2back weekend stay at comp room was over $1500. Pervious trip at ceasar stay was over 2000$ therefore the system show i was overcomp. He told me stay at lower end casino and save those comp for later, instead of staying at high end room. According to my gambling I was perfect with adt and time play at the table.
So room comp goes toward the amount you are comp

Along with the room, their system takes into account all they "spent" on your during each trip. It can catch up with you, even with a good ADT.

(thanks for sharing what you found out)

I switched from Caesars to Harrahs as my home property and have detailed why in several reports. Summarizing, I was "overcomped" (but covered) when the cost of a room comp value at CP increased. I reconciled that the benefits of a room at CP was "wasted" on me as a single person, and $60/day (the difference between strip and non strip view Augustus Tower) was a lot of food money (at that time). Switching home properties saved me even more $$$, which lessened my play requirements.

So when people talk about their comp are.dry up and mad about their host for not offering anything better. I guess you have take it inconsideration that is your own fault that your overuse your comp and Your casino host cant offer you anything more. According to the casino host you will receive less offer if you overuse your comp. So cromwell is only CET casino that have a rfid chip inside the chip and it track your play by camera.

    Do a search on RFID.

RFID chips don't check your table play by camera. They are monitored through radio frequency to make sure the chips are being used in the casino and make their way to the cage for cashing out without any funny business going on in between. Consider money laundering. Especially in high limit rooms.
It's pretty much a standard in Vegas casinos and not just in use at CET/Cromwell.

Your host tracking for comps and table play is another thing entirely.
