CET restaurants - which ones are best?

I have a trip planned in a week. I tend to eat at the same restaurants every trip. I was wanting to switch it up. I would prefer a CET restaurant I can charge to my room.

 

What is your cuisine type and what is your dollar limit????

Please provide a list so that people (like me) who have eaten at many of the restaurants can give an educated opinion.

For example, I like VooDoo Steakhouse, but don't think it's worth the price. the price reflects the surcharge for "the view".
I have eaten at both Rao's and Martorano's, while I found the both to be good restaurants and reasonable (for LV Strip) prices, since I'm, not an Italian food fan, I won't eat there again.

I also have reports with pictures with most of the restaurants I've eaten at in the Restaurant section.

 

Pretending your trip is to LV, not Reno or Harrah's Fumbuck. Any particular CET property or any restaurant in any of the CET hotels on the strip?

 

I really like Gordon Ramsey Steak. His fish and chips place at the Linq promenade is also the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. I also tried a new place for me in March, Beijing Noodle No. 9. It was great. Hash house a Go-Go is good too. Burger Brasserie at Ballys and Mon Ami Gabi at Paris are a couple of my favorite places too.

 

Old Homestead (Caesars) is prolly my current fave of those I know that take points for payment. I'm assuming they can charge to the room.

 

I’m staying at harrahs but am happy to Uber or walk to any of the other properties. Probably a steakhouse one night. I generally eat at Ruth’s Chris. I thought about trying raos or mortaranos. Need a good lunch restaurant also.

Staying at Harrahs
Playing mostly at Harrahs but also at Caesars and Cromwell
I am mostly a meat and potatoes eater. Nothing too picky.
I should be able to have everything comped so cost is not a consideration.
I will most likely order 1-2 cocktails during a meal.
I am looking for all meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner

 

Lots of Bally's restaurants are solid, including BLT and Sea. Yong Kong Street at Paris is good, and at CP proper I prefer Searsucker and Mesa Grill (I enjoy Rao's but it's often a bit too much food for me, and though many people I know enjoy HK, I'm personally not a big fan). Yolo's and GR Burger are great at PH.

 

Ate at Steak at Paris last week for our diamond celebration dinner. It was excellent! My wife said it was maybe her best meal ever! Highly recommend!

 

Mesa Grill has been great both times we ate there. Never a bad meal at Mon Ami Gabi either.

I like Koi at PH and The Sterling Brunch at Ballys.

 

You've gotten some good ideas so far. A few comments:

- I like the Asian food counter in the Harrahs food hall
- If you want something quick, I agree with the person above about the Gordon Ramsey Fish and Chips place being really good - not only for fish, but also for chicken. The curry sauce is great.
- The Oyster Bar at Harrahs is good
- I, too, like Mon Ami Gabi
- There's a lot at Caesar's; I'd go read Dai Lun's reviews. Searsucker stands out to be as a good one.

 

We like Guy Fieri's at The Linq for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The french toast is one of my faves and the trash can nachos are good. You can sit outside also, if you like that. The bacon mac & cheese burger is also good. My husband likes the bloody marys there. It's a meal in itself. Casual dining with a good atmosphere and good food.

 

Breakfast at Mon Ami Gabi.
Skip Lunch.
Dinner @ Old Homestead.

 

I'm a fan of BLT at Bally's and Mon Ami Gabi at Paris. I've also had Toby Keith at Harrah's and it's just OK IMHO.

 

Do brunch and it takes care of breakfast and lunch!
