Vegas first thing in the morning is great. Look how empty the streets are!


And I did it! Went to the gym! And what to do on the elliptical in Vegas? Watch Vegas vlogs of course!
Time for a shower and see what the day brings!

 

I live being on Florida time for at least a couple days and getting out while most of the bums are asleep and the other degenerates arent awake yet!

 

Drip Drop will save your butt in Vegas! Even non drinkers would benefit as its keeps one hydrated in the desert air....prefer lemon

 

Finally a little luck. Went to PH to get show tickets. Put 20 into autumn moon. Out for 100!yay. Didn't use my card since I only played a few minutes.



Maybe Cosmo slots are notucky for me? We will see about that today!

I’ve been to Vegas over 50 times, and somehow managed to never see the inside of a gym!

 

LOL that reminds me of a gal I used to work with. She was your stereotypical dumb blonde, she knew it and embraced it. This gal tried to put an above ground pool in her back yard with a deep end. She put hard flooring over the carpet in her living room and couldn’t figure out why the floor was squishy. She tried to pull a paint roller off the apparatus by holding it between her legs and pulling up, and gave herself two black eyes (100% true—we saw it happen). Anyways, she had an elliptical, but thought it was called a eucalyptus machine. Man do I miss her.

Nothing much to report. A few little hits here and there. But I've been playing a while and about even ish for the day. Still waiting for that big hit! Having some lunch in the room, leftover fried rice. Yum. Here's a few pics from earlier

Great, I did the elliptical last trip only one day but this trip plan to hit it every morning. I am up to 35 minutes a day at 4.5 mph 5 to 6 days a week which is pretty good for an old guy. Don't want to veer to far to the dark side this trip.

 

Having a gym available is the only thing I am going to regret about staying at 4Q this trip. Working out while I am there fights off my excess and I feel less guilty.

Have I me tioned how great the weather is?
