    Hi all!
I am currently 30,000 mlife points away from reaching platinum so I am going to go to Vegas next week before the points reset. I also have the mlife master card. Can anyone help me figure out how much I would have to spend in Vegas to reach this status? Thanks so much!

25TC/$1 spend so $1200. Check and see if you qualify for the 3x multiplier which would bring that down to $400. I was there 2 weeks ago and I seemed to get way more than that so try maybe $50 and see what you get. I went from 40k to 311k in 3 days. My estimate was I should have been maybe at 175k.

I believe that mlife visa purchases do not count for 3x multiplier (unless they are at a mlife property.

Others will probably echo this, but if you're going just to hit Platinum, $1200 is not really worth it (nor is half that). The only major perk for Plat vs. Gold is the taxi line, and that can be mitigated with a well-placed $20. I use the taxi benefit all the time and love it, but I wouldn't make a special trip just for that. Your offers are going to be based on your gaming, after all.

Platinum comes with a cruise. (If you're a cruise person)

Plat also comes with VIP Lounge access at Excalibur, Luxor, NYNY.

To be fair, I've made Play for several years now. Won't bother anymore. Mlife has really jumped the shark in terms of crappiness.

And to be fair... those lounges offer water and coffee... no big deal at all. Not sure how many would go in there other than check in, check out or a bottle of water.

And, if your play is strong, you can get code to those rooms as a Gold.

Platinum not worth it, particularly with the new changes MGM put in.

I go in them all the time, grab a few bottles pop and pour some rum in, comes in super handy, lol
