There is a small studio which is basically a room but has a tub in bathroom and coffee maker. Then there is an executive suite which has a separate area off the room with a tub. I don’t like the tub in the room so we asked to go back to a regular room. Then of course after that regular suites which don’t know if they would offer you without paying.

The only "Jubilee Premium" room is a 1700 sf suite.

If what you actually have is a Jubilee basic room with a "premium' view, the next steps up would be a Jubilee/Resort Studio Suite, about 600sf with a bar sink, a couple comfy chairs, a table and chairs, 2 fridges, and a nice sized bathroom with a large shower(no tub)and a make-up/counter area with seat outside the bathroom.

Then there's the Jubilee/Resort Executive Suites. They are about 650-700 sf with a large jacuzzi tub in the middle of the room, fridge, kind of a his-and-hers areas on each side of the room with make-up/counter space and a closet on each side, a giant walk-in shower accessible from either side, and one separate potty room.

Neither is an actual suite with a separate bedroom.

I've stayed in all 3 rooms within the last year. The Studio and Executive are both great rooms. The Executive jacuzzi is great to relax in, but sometimes has gone unused. A few weeks ago I was in the Studio and it was nice having a table and chairs because I actually brought food up to the room to eat one night. The bar sink is also handy.

If you're Diamond and nice and polite, they will upgrade you if there is availability. No bribe necessary.

If you do indeed have the Jubilee Premium 1700 sf suite, I'd just leave it alone of course. But be advised those suites have 2 traffic roundabouts in them.

    :biker:HA :p HA:D HA!

I think what I actually have, is a Jubilee Premium strip view room, comped. I seriously doubt I have the 1700 SF suite. LOL Unless they have made a major error. :hmmm:

I will ask for a studio or Executive room, upon check in. I hate round a bouts. :nono:

    Thank you for the help.:D

I'm looking to switch to Bally's on my next CET stay.

Looking at the website descriptions of the Jubilee version of the Studio vs the Resort version, it says the Jubilee version is 844 SF vs 590 for the Resort version. Other than size, the description in the popup windows is the same. The pics they use are not identical, but you definitely can't see where the extra space is; in fact, in the Jubilee pic, the room looks smaller.

On the last page of this other thread, @annbrown57 has pics of the Resort version, and it does look like it's around 590 SF.

Anyone know if the Jubilee version is really 844 SF? That's a huge diff. The price difference most nights is negligible.

I can get the Resort version comped for the dates I'm looking at, but not Jubilee, I'm missing by about $10/night. I could probably swing something at check-in, but if the 844 SF claim is a misprint, I won't bother.

I did find one video labeled as a Jubilee Studio. I suppose this could be close to 800 SF.

You have a chance to upgrade to a resort studio suite two queen but likely will not have a strip view

There is two types of suites at Bally’s, the studio and the executive, sometimes people don’t use the accurate description. We stayed in the executive and it was very roomy and in a quiet location in the newly renovated resort tower.

For my stay in December I have 5 nights in a Resort Studio Suite. I would love to get an Executive to have the tub. I am diamond, but will be checking in well past the close of the Diamond Checkin counter. Do you think calling prior to arriving to remind them of the late checkin and ask then would have better results than asking a late night desk clerk for an upgrade?

We had a resort room that kinda overlooked the airport. Kinda neat to watch planes take off and land, esp. at night. We've come to the conclusion that a strip view really doesn't matter all that much anymore.

Howdee, neighbor.( Where in Indiana are you?) You could try the $20 sandwich with the check-in clerk- but it's a hit and miss. A call is also worth it, but again, no guarantees. It's all worth a try as all they can do is say no.

    I live near Lafayette, you?
I may try calling first and see if that gets me anywhere and if it doesn't try the other. Either way I'm still in a comped suite

Had a comped Resort Tower King room for 3 nights. Long check in line, lots of kiosks open but nobody was interested in seeing them. Checked in on a Sunday evening. The front desk lady was SUPER friendly and we had lots of playful chatter. I did go ahead and give her the $20 and asked specifically for an Executive Jubilee Suite. She said they were very full and that would be hard but she would do her best. She made lots of typie and ultimately said she could only give me some other lesser suite ( I don't remember exactly what it was.) I told her that I had a sore back and was really looking forward to the jetted tub, and was willing to pay for the upgrade. She ran back to talk to her boss and was able to get me the room for $30 a night - fountain view and all. I couldn't have been more happy.

I booked a strip view double queen jubilee room for a very slow/cheap time in April (Sunday to Wednesday). Is it reasonable to think if I just ask for the best view we can get (it is my buddy's first time in Vegas) that it sold work out? Not hoping for anything crazy.

Anyone with any luck on this recently at Ballys? I’ll be there in two weeks checking in on a Wednesday night (staying for five nights), thinking about trying this.

Two weeks ago, when in the kiosk line, I spoke with one of the staff whom were assisting people at the kiosks. I told her "can you help me with a room selection? I tip". Instantly, she brought me to the counter and found me a resort room with the large tub in the middle, which is what I asked for, with a Strip view. I was fumbling in my wallet and only could find hundreds and a $10. I felt bad giving her a $10 as opposed to a $20 (the latter of which I couldn't find for the life of me) but she was grateful, and it got me the room I wanted.

You can tell, the staff very much still wants to help, irrespective of the fact that the corporate assholes don't give a shit. I lost Diamond since I hadn't played much this or last year and was in the regular line, but if you're in Diamond check-in, you may do even better than I did, or a lot better lol.

So when I get in tomorrow night and do this trick and I’m offered an upgrade (assuming it works)…if I’m given choices what should I go with? As of now when I look up available Ballys rooms for my stay Resort Room (which I have) or Jubilee Pool View.

    Thanks.

Bally's i consider my second home from home since 2013 always had a nice jubilee room (one time they booked me a resort room the newly renovated ones which were former indigo but i sayd no no.....got a jubilee room next to elavator which is a bit less but i was ok with it..few times before that i had once a room just above the chateay night club paris(since than i always have earplugs with me just in case)..anyway i like bally s alot ..as im from europe when i stay i stay long (3,5 weeks at least once in the far past even 44 days) and i dont wanna move and always got very good deals from my cet host(he just retired so i will be looking for another good one when booking a new trip) ....because of my longer stays i never got a suite with yacuzzi (my friend on here got one as he only stayed 3 days it was soo funny he got a room just opposite mine->dont worry i deadbolted the door just in case:D) anyways most of the times i checked in at the diamond check in at ballys(thats just left if you walk in the casino..they are open till 8 pm i believe as a few times when i came after 9 pm they were already closed) and they were always very friendly and helpfull(great customer service).....so bally s is for me always a good bet
