I have an extremely generous amount of MLife resort credit to use for my upcoming 4-night stay. As such, I've made dinner reservations at each of these restaurants for each night. Somehow, I've never actually eaten at any of them, as I usually head to Spago. I am wondering if there is a weak link in the bunch that I have chosen, and if the board has any substitution recommendations for different restaurants?

Carbone for either Herringbone or Nomad. Bavette's and Le Cirque are top notch. My dinners at Herringbone and Nomad were good, but not great. Nomad seems to be relying on reputation, rather than the quality of the meal served

Have been a fan of LeCirque for some time and that is always our Saturday night dinner reservation. You cannot go wrong there!!

I agree with @VegasBJ . If you're going to dine at Aria, replace Herringbone with Carbone, Julian Serrano, or Bardot. All three are better food and better experiences

I have eaten at NoMad, Bavette's and Herringbone. The only one that I wouldn't go back to was Herringbone. I'll have to look at my TR to remember why, but Bavette's (16 oz. bone-in filet) and NoMad (roast chicken) were AWESOME!!

Appreciate the advice so far. I assumed that Herringbone would be the best seafood at Aria. Does Carbone still beat it in that area??

Carbone's lobster ravioli is consistently one of the best meals I have ever eaten. But their seafood menu is limited. If you are wanting a seafood dinner, go to Michael Mina rather than Herringbone

Consider Catch at Aria for seafood .Two meals there and both were excellent .
    Not impressed with Herringbone.

I thought about mentioning that one too. The food is very good, but I am not a fan of the environment

It is a little "clubby". I know it's not a real word.
American fish was undermarketed and a solid Mina restaurant.
It was never full when I was there unlike Bardot or Carbone.

I've subbed in Michael Mina for Herringbone. Time to see what that famous lobster pot pie is all about.

Hope you don’t drop Le Cirque, it’s a jewel on every level.

Le Cirque is the one that we are firmest on, as we are dying to try the vegetarian tasting menu.

No truly weak links. I kinda prefer Herringbone for lunch as opposed to dinner (much like Mesa Grill, there are a bunch of dishes I like that are only served during lunch hours, for Herringbone it's the tuna steak sandwich), but it's great for dinner as well.

I'm told I'm an outlier, apparently, but I happen to prefer Picasso to Le Cirque. Le Cirque is absolutely fantastic, I'd just rate it as a 9.8 to Picasso's 9.9. Picasso does have a vegetarian menu, as well. Bavette's is excellent, as is Nomad Restaurant.

Not crazy about Carbone but only ate there once. Absolutely loved LeCirque! Service was amazing and food great. If you like French and don’t mind a trip to MGM Grand, I highly recommend Joel Robichon L’Atelier. Unbelievable food!

Excellent call. I've basically only eaten the lobster pot pie and the tuna tartare at Michael Mina, they are that good.

Count me in on the "Herringbone sucks" crowd.

I will say that Herringbone's fare is standard and nothing too remarkable, one thing that it does have going for it is the outdoor patio poolside. Other than that, I would just go there for late afternoon drinks and maybe a snack before heading out to your final dining venue. Catch (as you can see in my avatar) was great, but don't get the Wagyu Beef. It's not worth the money for the portion. Catch also has a great bar area with great bartenders that will make anything you'd ask for. Their Gin Fizz is the best I've had in quite some time. Bavette's is amazing. Bardot Brasserie has a really good Beef Wellington (off menu, only 2-3 per night so you need to reserve it if you're interested; table side carving).

Agree 100%. We went for the first time in August and everything was top notch: the food, the service, the view. So good that my lady friend said we should have New Year's Eve dinner there (we hadn't even talked about going to Vegas for NYE before that). Lo and behold, after returning from summer holidays, I booked a table for our second experience at Le Cirque.
