So far, completing the bingo only awards me a silver scratcher, however, it seems others are getting gold/platinum

I think it depends on your bet. I'm doing max bet on High Roller room and I get platinums. Gold is 10M/number, Platinum is 50M/number.

It shows gold, but I get platinum.

Do you have to do anything to play the bingo game, or does it just play the background and notify you if you win anything. I've seen no instructions...thanks.

You have to manually hit the star with a circle icon next to the piggy bank to collect your bingo balls. You must stop spinning the game to collect them afaik. If you make a bingo you get a scratcher in your inbox. It doesn't look to be a helpful thing and doesn't earn you VIP points afaik.

I can't even get enough numbers to get close to a Bingo. By the time I collect any numbers the game has expired. Not quite sure if I"m doing something wrong?

I don't get it either, and I can't find guidelines on the site...weird.

I did the update on the app and now I am really confused. LOL

How do you even get a Bingo card and do I have it correct, I have to be VIP level 2 to even qualify for a room reward? I have 5775 gems, and am level 1 for now. I was hoping to get 4 nights comped in Dec. Not sure if this will happen with the new system.

    Any info is appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

Yup. You are I are in the same boat. I'm going to wait for someone else to figure out the best way to work the system, but I'm also making contingency plans for my stay in December. :)

I have no idea how to make Bingo work. I'm not seeing numbers, or anything. That little star by the piggy bank never lights up for me. Is it because I'm a mere level 1?

you need to play a fast game or at least t3 to get a bingo, and even then you'll be chasing it and waste more credits than you should.

The bingo card is the round star next to the piggy bank...you get bingo numbers when you spin you need to check the tier (bronze 500k, silver 1m, gold 10m, platinum 50mil) to get balls/numbers, when you have enough numbers for a line you win that scratcher and then another game will start. They all have timers, the number on the button shows how many numbers you have and it looks like it locks when you've won (number won't increase) and there is also an ! when the time is almost up, and an x when the next game hasn't started. You have to click on the button between spins to check if you've won and you can tap on the numbers to speed call them. If you win, the scratcher will be in your inbox when you're back on the main screen. I wouldn't spend too much time on trying for them.

As for the update...I'd keep spinning and gathering gems...if you do need to spend money it still maybe worth it for a few nights...but you can decide later and they may change again anyway. Good luck!

You physically have to stop spinning to possibly collect any bingo balls. It should have a red number in the corner of the icon if you're able to collect a bingo ball.

It doesn't look to be chip efficient to chase after to me.

fwiw, i chased a bingo. played 8m/spin (no bonuses, went down from 1.28b to 743m), got a bingo card. its just a scratcher. you get a platinum ball for every 50m spin. the values are still the same as a regular scratcher card. bingo chasing is NOT WORTH IT for those wondering. for those who are high roller players, itll be an easy and nice way to recoup some losses, but for those of us who play T2 bets the majority of the time, it is not worth it. because i have been experimenting, i leveled up as well as gained 171 gems today. cant really complain. hope some of this info helps

I finally saw it and chased it at 2.4mil and nada. I won't be doing that again, although I did get a bonus spin for 144mil. :)

My experience has been I click the Bingo Card, the game locks up with some message that the game is over and I am too late to do anything, then I need to restart the app before I can do anything else.

I thought I was doing something wrong, but after reading the rest of the messages here, maybe I was doing it right after all...

Played with it a bit at Bronze and Silver levels. My suggestion is don't play the Bingo unless you click on it and a new Bingo has started. It appears the Bingo lasts 10 minutes, so factor that in if playing for a Bingo scratcher and give yourself enough time to earn balls. If the timer runs out before you click on the Bingo, you get expired and lose your balls.
