I'll be working on my latest novel this weekend. Lol Currently at 550 but planning to head back toward CET for awhile (flamingo and Linq mostly) @miss_sonja.

This beer sucks relatively Mason Hazy River (6.5%; 2.75 sips). Maybe the worst Hazy IPA I have ever had. It finishes like Miller High Life.

Absinthe was awesome! So glad I saw it. I had a great seat-recommended by the box office staffer. I would have picked a closer seat but she was spot on Row J section 1.

It had less of a storyline than I had expected, after seeing Opium. It all seemed to work together though-very impressive!

Wow what a big day that was! My feet tell me so at least!

Haven’t tallied the pocket dump yet.

Just had the losingest VP session ever at Venetian. At least I got a Campari and soda!

    Found my dragons though!

Bouchon for breakfast was lovely! Best coffee I’ve had here in Vegas and excellent service and food. I sat outside.

I broke my own VP rule which is, if you get down by 25% of buy-in, stop. Only a big win will get you back up. This rule works for me, keeps me from feeling like I’m just tossing $ away. Broke it and yeah, tossed $ away.

Breaded potato cheese thingies. They’re like... fritters maybe? Very tasty!

1EBF3E95-8343-4B02-A1E2-836EA5F37B2E.jpeg Well... buffets were on my never list in Vegas, but I got a free one for Garden buffet from the Cal, at Main Street Station. So, yeah, free lunch! And finally some fruit!

No cracks about what’s on the plate-it’s just the salad course!

29A8ECB6-711E-4D3A-A759-0A45631EE6A1.jpeg This has been the losingist winningest day so far!

Lost that hundred on craps. Then another 50 on 10-play VP for a total of $100 down.

But there was that $170 slot win and two other smaller ($20 & 30) slot wins.

So I think I’m actually about even!

Waiting for the SDX bus to go check out The STRAT . It’s happy hour in the bar 107 so I’ll try that for a fancy drink.

Shit. That's where we went this afternoon too. Didn't consider that you might go back there today. Hope you run as well at VP as I did there today!

At Lounge 107 at the Stratosphere for happy hour.

Ah, bummer! I totally lost! Played 10 play bonus (which has spoiled me for single play). Had fun though.

Looks like a fun new setup! I'll be there in 2 weeks to see it. Yay!

    E5BF0BD7-BC6C-41DD-B665-3F746D00BE21.jpeg The now-famous pocket dump!

After that huge day of fancy restaurants and downtown buffets, getting felted at craps and VP, and playing slots all over the place, I’m down $32 bucks. But wait! I paid for my Deuce ticket from my gaming cash! That means I’m only down $24.

Just got my gelato fix from Eataly. Still love that place. Resting my feet in the room before I head down to play some bubble craps (there’s still $ in that category!) and maybe a few more slots (again, still have $$ there).

I don’t post my Vegas trips on social media; it’s very nice to share with you all!

Good luck on the finish tonight! Wish I didn't have to leave!
