I booked 4 nights through a host at Mandalay which includes 2 tickets to a concert(Iron Maiden)

What is the normal procedure for getting the tickets to the concert? I emailed the host and she said she would get me info as soon as she has it——the concert is Friday and we leave Thursday morning——and I don’t have a clue if I even have tickets?

Do you normally pick them up the day of the concert? Just trying to plan ahead.

First time booking through a host, so I’m still learning the in’s and outs.

Don't know about your specific circumstances but, normally, they should be waiting for you at the box office the day of.

If it's anything like Brad Paisley on July 4 (Mlife Concert Series) there will be no info released until a day or 2 before. Tickets to be picked up the day of at the Mlife desk.

I’ve always picked mine up at the hosts office at Aria, I’ve always stayed there when going to a concert. They usually don’t release them until a day before the show. I would assume you will do the same just at MB.

    Enjoy!

You will get a piece of paper when you check in. They will tell where and when you have to go for the tickets. Have done it many times.

Pretty much out of the host's hands - unless you are a real big spender getting suites, lots of F&B, etc.

Of course I get the Brad Paisley offer but didn't really care.
Of course I don't get the Iron Maiden offer and would have jumped all over that one.

So here’s how it played out.
Went to casino VIP ticketing at MB

Tickets were supposed to be on an app called Flash Seats but the app was not responding, so they ended up printing the tickets.

Seats we’re probably the best I’ve had for a concert, dead center in what they call suite section.
