    My Trip Report

Well I will try again to do a live TR but I won't be diligent and probably won't finish like last three times but enjoy what do get done.

We checked into Bally's a bit early after downgrading our car to a Kia Soul. She likes that go kart.

So as per the usual we crashed after landing and then crashed in the Paris Diamond Lounge. (Wings and ribs). Try the Bellini or the Cadillac Marguerita. We did many times.

We are going to the flamingo to Czech out the pool. It is 105f right now. But it's a dry heat. Wtf does that mean it is HOT! YEAH BUDDY!

We played a 10cent Lightning Link and got the bonus twice with hitting the mini jackpot ($100) each.

Rest now and off to the 1am at Southpoint.

So we played all evening and are even so far. We were too tired to go shopping for vendors so we will be going to play the 11am at Arizona Charlies then go the wedding venues tomorrow wednesday. ACZ has 3 $1000 cover-alls at 11am.

I won $150 at Bingo Tuesday night

Wednesday, we booked our wedding at the Chapel of the Flowers. IN the Magnolia room. Our salesperson, Shelby seemed real honest and very nice. It was a pleasure to work with her

Before that we went to Arizona Charlies for Bingo, no winner. So we play two different games a leprechaun game and we won $310 on $40. Then we won $737 on a lightning link game, got a major jackpot in the collector bonus. We have never been this lucky on slots.

Off to Jerry's Nugget for the 5pm Bingo and $5 black jack.

To continue, we left Arizona Charlies up over $1k.

We headed to Jerry's Nugget. It is not far from the Neon Museum. We noticed this place coming back from a Las Vegas Lights FC game in the spring. We also heard about it last trip from some new friends we met at the Plaza Bingo last trip.
    IMG_20190821_154430.jpg

Pookie: We saw Jerry's Nugget and think we might want check it out.
Mimi: No you don't! Jerry took all my money!
    All: Laughs

So anyway we went to play Bingo. They have a intro game where you can win the progressive if you dab the Letter J in the target number.
    IMG_20190821_165938.jpg

Signed up to the player club and got a nylon tote, JN T-shirt and a deck of cards. Their sign up promotion is super easy. $1-1 point earn up to 1k points in a day and get various awards and you accumulate all the level you meet. We both earned more the 500 points. We got $10 slot play, $15 Bingo match play, $25 credit to be used in gift shop of food and $40 food credit.

We both won some but had to split pots and did not profit. They use the same software as AZC so that is good (hate Sam's Town). I also won the door prize for spin on the wheel, I won $5 slot play.

I won a Lock-it link game, Loteria for $115 and $138 So I was up about $100 after playing Bingo and the slots. We were still up for the trip a few hundred.

Time to eat. Jerry's has one of the best bakeries around and apparently they are know for their Prime Rib.

Pookie got the English cut (normal human size), I got the Thick cut. It was cooked perfect the fat content was great but it was huge, with one rib bone in. I passed on the Fred Flintstone Double Cut. The onion rings were doughy but the fries and brown gravy are amazing.

I want to point out in all the time we have been going to Las Vegas Without any exceptions Jerry's Nugget Casino and the Cafe we received the best service anywhere. No where else did the staff make us feel like they wanted us to be there more than this place. The giftshop/Rewards club, the dealers and cafe staff. We even tipped another waiter the next day that we visited because he also was so on top of my need for diet coke and a clean table. Kudos to Manny, Danny and Anita!

Pookie learned to play Blackjack with no pressure and the dealer kept the game slow for her.

Just before we left Pookie won another $355 on Lightning Link.

I will post Thursday later. ...

Only Vegas wedding I have attended was there. Very nicely done. You made a good choice. I don't know what their wedding package cost. I thought the photos were a big expensive (can't remember the pricing) but they were very well done. I did all of the 'after' pics at Bellagio conservatory & outside in front of the fountains as their wedding gift (and they turned out dang well lol!).

They are bit pricey so we are only doing the onsite photos. I will find someone or my crew will do the sign and other shots for me. I did my own engagement sots at Red Rock with a remote but I will post them in the order of the timeline. That was Friday night.

Thanks all for affirming our choice of venue.

We had one of the packages that was webcast live and you could access it for a week afterward. My mom and her friend watched it live in Ohio as did some of my friends in Texas. I paid to upgrade my flowers though.

Thursday, I took 4th in the Bally's noon MTT Poker game but this was a $1k guarantee and we did not hit 18 players so it only 1-3 paid. Ugh. We played Bingo at Southpoint in the afternoon.
We went back to Jerry's Nugget for dinner, I had a burger and she had a club with fries and gravy. I won a couple bingos but split everyone again. Won a $300 lightning
    IMG_20190822_183305.jpg
    and a bit of roulette

    . IMG_20190822_200544.jpg IMG_20190822_200704.jpg

We gave back all our winnings plus went $300 in the hole at the Linq. Dinner was Gordon Ramsey's Fish and chips. I guess the sticky toffee pudding pops are are amazing. Pookie ate them all. We lost everywhere and by late that night we gave back everything we won except for the Wedding down payment. We were down and at time not liking each other much ( it happens )

We pushed on to Casino Royale. Pookie won a couple spins of roulette and her spirits were lifted. We hit $290 on the Lightning Link game even again.
    IMG_20190824_000145.jpg

After Casino Royal is was on to Southpoint again. No Bueno.

Friday we wasted the whole day not getting along for various reasons that I will take the blame for. We eventually went to Jasen's Deli and Mens Wearhouse to rent my Tux. We lost everything we had one again. Later that night we went to Red Rock. We shoudl have been there by 6pm to get the best light but I was late and we missed it we got there at 7:15 pm,** 5 MINUTES BEFORE SUNSET**.. I did the best I could with strobes and a remote.
    EMV_4649.jpg EMV_4631_ret.jpg EMV_4618_ret.jpg EMV_4612_ret.jpg

We left the park in the dark! Saw a Fox of some kind cross the road and a bunch of hopping mice.

Saturday we played the 11am Session at Southpoint and then returned the car. The flight home was uneventful.

So there you have it we profited a bit, paid $44 for a 4 night stay at Bally's used our free gas cards from Caesars Windsor and we are scheduled to get married back in Las Vegas October 18th. See you then!
