Sorry OP, but I don't see why this is even a question? Every casino has cashiers and bill breaker machines.

No matter the denomination, there simply are not that many in there to worry about.

All 100’s. I used to carry small bills for cabs but since the switch to Lyft no more. I do have my stash of two dollar bills in my Vegas backpack that is only used for Vegas for the friendly CW’s that keep me hydrated.

I prefer carrying Benjamins, since they take up less space in my wallet. LOL Although, I always keep a few 20s, 5s, and 1s for incidentals. Other than Bens for gambling, I find myself using less and less cash (except for tips) no matter where I go, since most merchants accept CCs and Apple Pay.

When I get the money taken out from the bank? Hundreds.

In my safe in the room? Same hundreds.

In my pocket? Equal combination of some hundreds and twenties which have been swapped for a hundred.

I also have a separate money clip for tips, which will have $15 to $20 in singles in it at any given time. If I'm just handing off a buck or two to someone (server, bartender, bellhop, etc.) I'd rather not have to bust out and shuffle through my "main" money clip.

I'm hundreds also. I break $100 into 20's 5's and 1's for travel day to Vegas.

I use the "envelope system" so I start all over every day in Vegas. I will try to use up smaller bills or put them into a machine early in the day to consolidate them. I always end up with too many $5's in my wallet from those TITO machines. I use them to tip my Lyft drivers or I enjoy a morning coffee while feeding them into a machine somewhere.

As for the good/bad luck of $50's, I'm not saying it's a myth, but I got a $2200 handpay (only my second!) on my last trip and when I got home, I discovered I had a folded up $50 tucked into a pocket with my health insurance card in my wallet.

I'll bring however much for gambling in $100's. 2x $10 or $20 for the pickup and drop-off from the airport if I'm flying ($10 if it's just me, $20 if I'm not alone). Or, 4 x $5's for tipping (for valet and bellman if I drove). $50's are ugly and $20's are too numerous to carry around. I'm pretty minimalist when I go around Vegas, phone and wallet, that's it.

All my bills are in one pocket with singles on the outside, and 100's in the middle. I can easily reach into my pocket and pull out a few singles, or a few C-notes for the slot without pulling out a clip or wallet. I keep the bills in order, so if I run out of $1s, then a 5 would be next... maybe.

When I start out the day, I often have extra C-notes, and they go into the back pocket by themselves.

I don't have a physical bank so I can only use ATMs to withdraw my bankroll. I have yet to find one that will spit out hundreds. I always get 50s. Sometimes I bring them. Hit a handpay using one last September. What I find odd is while there are two $50s for one $100 but carrying 2K in hundreds seems like nothing whereas 2K in 50s looks like a brick. I know it's double the amount of bills but it really looks like at least tripple. I took my 50s to my local bank I use for business and they were kind enough to swap them for hundreds for me.

I keep my gambling money in a separate wallet. My second wallet has expense and tip money. If I end up with a bunch of small bills in the gambling wallet I swap it out for the 20s in my expense wallet at the end of the night. It's tough being OCD.

To Vegas, I bring a few hundreds for my entire budget - less space in the wallet. Then, I break it down at a bill breaker into 20’s, 5’s and 1’s for tips and food budgeting by the day, hundreds by the day for gambling.

Sometimes I’ll use my cards (credit/debit/player) for food purchases, but I prefer to budget everything out in cash beforehand.

My Bankroll will all be in hundreds. My incidental money will also be in hundreds. The wallet doesn't get too fat that way. I will break a couple of hundreds of my incidental money into 20's and 5's and ones.

After awhile my bankroll will accumulate a bunch of 20's and smaller after cashing out chips and TITO's. What I do is those smaller bills from my bankroll will be swapped with the incidental money so my bankroll again is just in hundreds.

My incidental wallet tends to get fatter because of the smaller bills as the trip wears on.

Forgot to mention I carry two wallets. One is bankroll and the other is incidental.

Which means most times my bankroll wallet gets thinner as the trip wears on. lol!!:beer:

during the trip if I accumulate any smaller bills ($10, $20) (if wife doesn't grab them) when I get to $300 or so, I will load them into a slot machine, cash out, then the tito machine will usually give me benies. some of the newer machines will let you choose the denominations for cash out

Few 50s? Have you ever been to Vegas? They don’t take 50s.

Usually small. The ATMs near me only have 20s. I usually don't have time to go to a branch for a human to ask for anything different.

Almost all hundys. Then I need 5 20s for jackpot tips/limo tip, and a couple hundred of 10s, 5s, and 1s. I try to insure that I have all my tip money already figured out. The hundys are for gambling only! I don't shop and if I did need something I use a CC and everything else is comped.
