    IMHO, in order

    (Corrected)
    Cosmo
    Bellagio
    Aria

Bellagio gets the edge over Aria Only because they sometimes serve Dungeness crab when it's in season, and I haven't ever seen it at Aria.

You forget about Caesars and wynn? They are at least better than bellagio.

But... You gave Aria the edge over Bellagio.

Cosmo for me by far, but they have less common items that I like, combined with standard items. Everything absolutely tastes home made a delicious It's my favorite, and I often find dishes in still thinking about weeks later.

Top Cosmo dishes for me: eggs benedict, shrimp and grits, mashed potatoes, roasted bone marrow on artisan bread (sounded gross, but it's literally like meat butter), solid charcuterie selection, carved meats done right (not over cooked), the only place I actually get the prepared salads, just a great blend of made-from-scratch, high-quality options.

Aria and Bellagio are pretty tied for me, I like both, I'm happy at either. Very good quality, clean, lots of great options, they just don't have that "memorable meal" streak that Cosmo gives me.... BUT that's based on the foods I like.

Aria I might like SLIGHTLY more than Bellagio overall, but Bellagio ties it again for the best roast beef at a buffet I've had, due to being very rare (but this was years ago, not sure if it's still rare) I loved it :feedme:

Eggs benedict are Must-have for me on brunch, and I like Cosmo's best.

So, my ranking based on MY taste:
    1) Cosmo
    2) Aria or Bellagio, close enough I would pick on proximity to where I am staying.

Yeah, I did that because I was going to rate Aria over Bellagio, then I remembered that Bellagio had Dungeness crab. Fixing the original post.

But, according to the OP, they weren't choices. therefore, I didn't include them. That would be like someone asking about a particular restaurant and everybody giving reviews about other restaurants and disregarding the original question.

We ate at Bellagio buffet in April and will never return. The food was mediocre at best. The seafood was mushy and tasted refrozen. The selection was not as good as it used to be. About the only good thing was the bread!

I think Aria is pretty good... I would rank Cosmo, Aria Bellagio,

I think Cosmo and Bellagio are both declining buffets that aren't worth the money.

I never thought Wicked Spoon was good to begin with. Most overpriced, overrated buffet I have ever eaten in Las Vegas.

Clearly Circus Circus, they have soft-serve ice cream. I hate the little FaNCy desserts at buffets. Everyone takes a bite and leaves it.
Haven't been to CC buffet in years though. :(
