I am trying a different kiosk this time. If the same thing happens I will use your approach.

A couple things. One, if the kiosk fails you again you can go to the keys and mail line for faster service. Done it many times. Second, if of interest you can get $50 in match play from Golden Gate with your Allegiant boarding pass, if you go within 24 hours of landing. Also, $10 and up to $1000 (I believe) at El Cortez, along with $10 match play and a free drink.

Welp. I want in my room. Going to brave the line of cattle to get in to it. The kiosks seem to be hit or miss. I miss the days of mobile check in and just pick up my keys at the key desk when my room was ready.

I thought about that line. Probably what I should have done. Oh well. Almost to the front of the regular line. I forgot all about those extras at GG and EC. I plan to head downtown tomorrow so I will definitely do those. Thanks for the reminder!!!

When I get back I will take some. I needed to eat. No food in 11 hours. I was starving.

Decided on Gordon Ramsay Fish and Chips for a bite to eat. Fish was good. Nice thick breading and a very light fish. Almost no weight to it. Good flavor but I prefer a meatier fish. The chips were ok. Nothing special. Lemonade was very good.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

I hate to do this but I have to call it a night. I am exhausted and a headache is coming on. Better to call it early then end up with a migraine tomorrow and have no fun. I will recap my quick adventures tonight in the AM. Thanks for following along. See you all in the morning.

Rise and shine!!!! Well, the rise part anyway. I hated crapping out early last night, but I knew if I pushed it I would be in bed all day today. No headache this morning so it was worth it.

Just a quick recap of my flight. It was for the most part fine. An A319. We had Captain Steve and First Officer Dirk on duty for this flight. Christian was are flight attendant in my part of the plane. I mostly just sat back and watched 24 season 3. I just got the entire series digitally, so I am making my way through them this summer. One thing I noticed is that two flight attendants brought out a beverage cart and blocked the cockpit door. Then first officer Dirk came out and one of the flight attendants went in to the cockpit. FO Dirk grabbed a phone and had a conversation with someone. When he was done he went back in to the cockpit and the flight attendant that took his spot in there came out. Then the two flight attendants put the cart away.

As you can see from my above posts not much went on last night. Just ate and gambled. Dinner was ok. No luck in the gambling department. I didn't play anything besides a few VP machines. With a headache coming on and being very tired, I just couldn't concentrate on the cards. No table games.

It is time for some coffee and a shower. Then I will hit the strip and start walking. Not sure if I will head downtown today or tomorrow. I guess with being solo I can do it whenever the feeling is right. Back in a bit.

Don’t forget the match play at GG is only good within 24 hours of landing. Good call on avoiding the migraine.
